Honestly George , I really mean no disrespect, but using phrases like "Hemo casino" and "death spiral" makes me think you are in Suzi/C.J's gang - 2 people who(admitted) aren't even invested in Hemo and you're probably not either. Let's see how this plays out over the next 6months and I'll happily discuss your "death spiral".
Failure might be an over statement but things are not going as well as had been hoped for. A lot of investors will be down, myself included. This is a young company with potential. I don't think it is a doomed company but clearly has made some mistakes and I hope the BoD, especially Vlad, take it's running seriously. Sell and crystalise a loss or wait and see what happens. It's each individuals own call but for me its a waiting game now.
Has anyone realised if Lilly were to come in with a cheap takeover bid, there would be a counter offer from the other GlobalCo (If this is not Lilly also, i still think this has a link with a Belgium Pharma, so Novartis, Jannsen Cilag, Glaxo, Pfizer or AstraZeneca). Then it will go to a takeover war......
Or, he's not given away his IP at a very undervalued price and is going to continue the development until they're prepared to pay a fair price for it and then the shareholders get their value. The truth is, none of us know.
if I'm a badger ... no. but after vladislav's interview i didn't hear New. and I certainly have not heard that you are going to cancel the CLNs. what did actually expect ?! that a CEO gives an interview and says that shareholders are better off taking their losses and certainly should not put more money into the company ... have you ever heard a CEO say that. this interview was obviously there to give a positive twist to the sitautie. about badger / suzi etc ... who cares. if you had taken their warnings / "deramp" a little bit seriously, it would have saved a lot of you a lot of money. (9p ——> 3p) To be honest, they alerted me that these CLNs could become a serious problem, which led me to reread the RNS again, after which I did not buy any more shares of hemogenyx. in addition, it is still possible for hemogenyx to become a company with 1 billion shares in issue around the market. For me still no reasons to average down or buy any shares anytime soon. Not that I am selling my small amount of 150k shares in hemocasino! Place your bets!
Yeah Amur, I said that. I've got a grip. This is an high risk/potential high reward investment and I accept the risks - I won't blame others. I won't do a u-turn or claim the C.E.O is full of b.s unless the reality of the situation unfolds to be the opposite of what was claimed it will be. Vlad hasn't made any promises, good night .
Look back Amur.....go for it buddy. Yeah, we are all disappointed about CDX. You give me an example of a C.E.O that had a forward looking statement or did an interview that said "you know what folks, the negotiations aren't going great and the outcome might not be the same as you lot are ramping it up to be". P.I's are in a need to know and price sensitive information blackout position - invest or don't invest. We can all sell if we want to. I wish you well!
I have to agree, he didn't reassure me at all regarding the CLN. Didn't sound like he had any idea how it is going to play out and he's looking to get out of it now that the relationship with Mint has broken down. Surely, Hemo must have know this could happen. Maybe they did it as a bluff thinking Global co would take the option. However, global co not taking the option has triggered a negative cycle otherwise known as death spiral finance. Hemo must have been desperate to take the CLN. Only substantial news will save things now.
When people are rushing to look back at your posts and defending failure....be careful here folks, maybe some people have a different agenda......10.30pm and half an hour after I say that I am unhappy these guys are rushing through my previous posts where I had positive thoughts on the company and copying them to defend their stance be very careful here guys...
At least I am not a 24 hour a day watcher and commenter on every post.
Interesting point re the cln.....so 6 months after taking he realises it might be a mistake and he is telling us that's the way companies like hemo have to go.....no it's not and he has made a terrible mistake...imo.
Gents, we are allowed to change our mind...are we not.
You can pick out some other posts where I have been critical of vlad.
I thought the cln was wrapped up in a no conversion and covered by a deal with global co.
Hey presto, neither is on the table and it now seems that the cln will put the company in a very precarious position.
Apologies but I have went right off vlad, the dodgy and ambiguous rns, the dreadful twitter activity, the failure to get any type of deal, the position he has left us in with the cln and I am not pleased with what he said today.
When your a company the size of hemo, you dont take a cln that size unless you have it covered....you take baby steps and try to get deals....not blow the company out the water.
My view is that the bod should be acting in particular Feldman and redmond who must have sanctioned that cln or they have let him go cart blanche.
If you dont feel that way and you are happy with today's interview then that's your choice.
The interview was a blinder. He didn't dodge any questions Many a C.E.O would have failed to acknowledge the current or future potential issue with Mint, but he didn't. Regarding the CDX......we all had high hopes for a cash injection and future incremental payouts, but Vlad has been straight and stated we would have got peanuts. It actually sounded to me as though a terrible offer had been made to Hemo for CDX and he's fired them off - the guy has got loose lips on Twitter. Yeah, it's his personal account, but we all know he can't help himself . It would explain a lot of his cryptic tweets about fair value and not giving anything away. It would also tie in with a theory that an 'unsolicited offer' had been made. As Amur said a few weeks ago..........."disregarding cdx and lilly for a minute, the other programmes are in a lovely position so the business has a really solid look about it just now with access to massive finance when needed...nicely positioned." Come on Hemo!
