Hopfully the 1pm happy hour gets us out the red. Or worse they also sell. 16p close? Or back to 18. Hmmmm.
Hard to tell, we have to wait for the Rns, they have not yet put out a response to Seafox which makes me think that they are in talks which have not yet been finalised.
We also do not know about thw intentions of Mazrui, are they still adding or did they sell to Seafox, making a nice profit.
I am just going to sit tight and await news.
Seems to me that in the absence of any other major buyer, Seafox are controlling the SP at or around 18p until they have 25% of the Company. When this is achieved, they will expect a seat on the Board.
GMS are slow to respond to yesterdays RNS, but maybe in their current financial situation, there is little they can do?
Further down the line synergies will be explored, mergers etc., but not this year I don't think.
Once Seafox have achieved their goal of 25% of the stock, we should see a continuation in SP recovery, hopefully at a similar rate as the last few weeks.
All in my 'umble opinion.
Suppressing could also act as an anti spike strategy. If this hit 25p+ lunch time, it would crash back down and potentially oversell and ruining what we gained. Unless you're fortunate enough to sell and buy back in but it is off putting for some. 2-3% a day under the radar will make this controlled and strong.
Ive been in on this stock since the oversell on the banking covenant warning, added on the way down and resisted my usual urge to sell up leaving profits on the table. But sold out yesterday and came back in a bit lower with about half as much. ( the discussions on here have been very helpful in steadying my nerves- thanks). What I’m not getting is that Seafox buying a large chunk of the stock appears to have knocked out all the momentum, I would have thought another big player wanting stock would have ramped it up? Is it just a case of everyone being surprised and needing to digest this and revise strategies ?
Time scale? Anyone's guess... duck is our master here, he might have the best guess.
Current trend is 1p a day with turbulent rises and drops during the day. Most of us waiting on next RNS for potential ride into the 30s.
new in on this share what can i expect short and long term in peoples views?
I would now say is removed as I am sure that if need be there would be a cash injection from Seafox
I'd agree. I think this will be it till tomorrow. Wonder what this week has in store for us.
...and I missed most of this morning's fun - you can't expect to have it all your way, all of the time.
Nice pic Yuri - it's a pretty good likeness of me, although I would never try to kill the (golden) duck.
As for the sweep - my (uneducated) guess is that there will be very little movement for rest of the day - 18.00p/19.00p @ COP - hope I'm wrong!
Off out again.
Lol
we'll be at 18p until Seafox have hoovered up another 40 odd million?
Haha, I mean out as in out of the house. Not out, as in out of the share lol.
Duck was top slicing, 48mil.... ;-)
I've been out for an hour, but noticed Troajans post at 10:25. Was there a 48 million trade then?
Seems to have knocked the wind out of the sails since RNS was posted. Forward momentum lost. Hope we're not entering the doldrums for a period of 60 days? I guess when our Arab friends have digested this news, things may happen?
I guess with the volume traded today that Seafox have already achieved their 47 odd million purchase? Interesting to see how this unfurls.
So far today 285 Friday was 299 for the whole day
Must say the high standard of posts on here and the nicely consistent move upwards is doing wonders to cure my Flybe hangover from the weekend!
PIs feeding the big buyer. Sit back, buy, let this unfold
Thanks GFD, your sharing of knowledge is widely appreciated.
Let the bidding war commence
Some nut job is still buying and selling 1,2 or 3 shares. Red 3 just gone through lol.
19 being taken out
Interesting times ahead.
