I'm confused are we drilling these 10 holes or not?
Agreed. XTR got to over 5p before a serious money raise was done. I suspect we will need around 5 million + for drilling our licence areas so be nice to be over 5p as well before anything else is required, although, if Star Zinc is paying us monthly income by then, it may not be required. Be nice if Colin did a Zak MIrs interview and just updated us on a few things.
If you are reading this Colin, could you possibly just update us on the following
Star Zinc - we noticed the licence was approved for granting for Siege - any idea on when it will be granted ?
Completion dates for SFR licence transferrals?
Glenover update on where we stand? You had mentioned May / June for possible part or full sale?
Any hints as to the new assets you are looking at purchasing would also be nice although appreciate it may be sensitive at this stage.
I wasn't surprised the deal hasn't completed yet - there was no evidence that it had and these things take time. The big positive from this RNS is that CB took the opportunity to let shareholders know that it was ongoing, hopefully a sign of the improvement in comms we can expect in the future.
Interesting RNS. So the SFR deal hasn't completed and I don't need comment on the 3.5 million in the bank.....
How biased when CHRISP suggests that Ella is "the best of the de-rampers out there". It follows therefore that the vast proportion of positive (or hopeful) analysts out there must, accordingly, be rampers.
I agree. I think 6p for starters on any good high grade finds. Settling there until any further news we might get.
This is just on KCB news, not even taking into account the actual Siege royalty payments and Glenover full/part sale. A lot of good news to come !
To me the risk/reward with GLR is up there with the EUA's and GGP's of the world prior to there amazing rises. Great posts yesterday and if Ella is the best of the de-ramper's out there and with the right drilling announcements then the sky is the limit. I had sold out most of my share prior to the January RNS due to no news and the shares going up on the back of I suspect the increase in industry metals. Thankfully PI's sold out due to SZ being sold not understanding the bigger picture and I again was able to accumulate. We are at the point where take off is real due to the incredible fundamentals and the momentum buying due to the graphs. I am looking forward to next week.
Great info Phoenix, DC, Oily.
Also great to see the Sandfire holding in black and white on the website! Very important, and just shows the faith they have in this company. Also having paid a premium. 2.6p and way beyond this is heading in my view.
The best thing is, SFR having probably been informed of the EM survey results were quite happy in purchasing the lesser quality licences ! Speaks volumes to me!
Ella I’m not a paid poster here. I read RNSs myself and post information. I’m not going to do a job for you. Read RNSs and website to get the relevant info. As I said I don’t mind people trading as that’s what we are here to make money. You sold here and looking for cheap entry which you may get or not. Either way depending on your strategy you decide if you want to put efforts or not. Don’t expect others to work for you.
Would you like me to give you another spade?
Hi Phoenix,
Great post. You might be able to enlighten me on a couple of items
Is 3.5m in the bank $ or £.
When did the SFR deal complete?
What interest is the bank paying?
How many of the SFR shares have we sold?
We got 3 millions from SFR in exchange of 9 licenses. When we were given SFR shares at price of 5.227 now share price stands 7.5!
Imho 3 millions is worth 3.5 millions now.
“The Sale of licences and right of first refusal: the sale to Sandfire of 9 of the Company's Kalahari Copper Belt Licences (the "Included Licences") which the Company acquired in May and October 2020.
