ali wouldnt even have sparred with these two!
cringeworthy compared to the 70s and 80s
The problem fury has is that irrespective of how amateurish wilder looks he always has that big concussive punch in his locker, something which Fury does not have in his so on that basis I expect Fury to not engage or trade for all 12 rounds and look for the decision on points, the last fight showed the gulf in class and I believe this time around Fury is that much fitter and sharper so expect him to be able to win almost every round and get the decision on points this time around.
I just hope his cut doesn't open, if it doesn't, then I think he will do it, he won the last fight, hes just a better fighter than wilder.
AJ has been dodging the pair of them the last two years...they are definitely the best two fighters at the mo.
or should I rephrase it that there wouldn't be as much interest in seeing a 3rd fight even though as you say a 3rd fight would go ahead irrespective of how this one plays out.
I'm hearing you Valley, I just meant from the perspective of building up a third fight in the sense that say one of them knocks the other out in the first few rounds then there wouldn't be as much demand for a 3rd fight as if it went the distance and ended up very close on the cards.

Theres a clause in the contract that whoever loses gets another fight anyway....
should be a cracker, id love to see Fury win.....id go for a win on points (as long as that cut doesn't open up...)
Fury to win by KO/TKO/DQ 4/1
Imo
Correction* 'proceeding' should of course be rather 'preceding'
If I had to have a bet I'd go for Fury to win on points @ 11/4 so it doesn't matter if it is a split/majority or unanimous decision as long as he gets the decision which if the fight goes the distance then he should but it's probably worth sticking a bit on the draw as the money men would love to be able to get a 3rd fight in and Boxing is inherently corrupt isn't it so you can never rule out it being called a draw literally whatever has occurred in the 12 rounds proceeding the decision being announced.
Fury-4/1 - kO/ TKO/DQ
Sounds good to me...
Wont happen. Ireland will win
well chaps, fair result, the Bleus did for us, that ref was shocking, but they deserved to win.
I remember being in a bar Avignon for the France v All blacks semi final of the WC back in 2011 I think... (ironically played in Cardiff..).
Nice to think the bar will be rocking tonight too...
We will all be rocking by September too boys, 20p and Corfu for Christmas..

Sorry, but as it was so relevant I posted it twice.
Or, Jimiam, further down the coast at the Sports' Bar in Antibes, which is under a different name now I understand. I would like to buy (dream) a property somewhere between La Rochelle and the Cote d' Azur. GLA

I don't know for definite jones but Thursday 12th would be 6 weeks exactly which would leave 7 weeks to April 30th. I'm just guessing it might be the middle of the following week which would be almost exactly halfway between the 2 quarterlies.
Ok thanks for confirming Paddy, I read over on Blueshare site where someone stated that it would be week beginning 9th march but obviously I will go with your predicted dates instead, still, not long to go until the 15th so hopefully sp will improve as we get closer to 15th March.
Agreed Arnie....
I think the welsh, French game will be pretty full on later. Should be a good game.
PS. I wouldn't be surprised if greatland take their time in drilling Scally, they have previous in being a bit shy with their drilling. Not what we want I agree.
From announcing their initial drilling (4 holes!) campaign in Feb 2018, it took them 8 months to drill about 9 holes in total at Hav.
Lets hope they show a bit more aggression at Scally, have my doubts though.
Arnie....
Cant recall that...;)
I remember the last time we played though.....
Double celebration then Paddy..!
Good luck against the old enemy tomw….should be a cracking game.
Hopefully they will bottle it again, they don't like it up em..;)

Newcrest update should be either w/e March 15th or 22nd - I'm going for Tuesday 17th (St. Paddy's Day) for the next NCM update.
ATB - Paddy
Thanks paddy, great work as always, my understanding is that next news from newscrest is the week beginning March 9th and next news from GGP could come literally any day now but the general consensus seems to be that the next update will be in March at some point so next month the combined news from both will hopefully see the sp move past 6p into the 6p-10p range with any luck!
To summarise, the formation of Telfer-style mineralisation
requires the coincidence of a number of important geological
factors. These include:
(I) emplacement of a large plutonic complex near a
periodically reactivated, regional-scale, fluid-focussing
structure;
(2) permeable sedimentary host rocks, in which heated
formational and contact-metamorphic fluids can circulate
in large, thermal convection cells and leach metals and S;
(3) host rocks with background Au of the order of ~2-7 ppb
(see Romberger 1988 for leaching requirements and
background concentrations of Au in potential source
rocks);
(4) abundant aquifers of saline formational waters in the
sedimentary sequence (to provide the ligands required for
Au and Cu transport as chloride complexes) and;
(5) chemical (calcareous and carbonaceous lithologies) and
structural traps (anticlinal hinge zones) for the deposition
of Au and Cu sulphides from ore fluids.
So it looks like we have a "yes" to all the above - just need to find out how big it is, next set of results will be "interesting" IMHO.

Been doing a bit of reading up and research this morning. I've found this very interesting report by Professor D.I. Groves published in 1996 titled "Neoproterozoic Telfer-style Au (Cu) deposits"
He was the expert that Sprott used in their research note from January last year.
He surmises that the Telfer style mineralisation is unique and could only offer a couple of analogues of that style of mineralisation in the world so for him to declare that Havieron was a sister deposit of Telfer was a bold statement back then but it looks likely that he will be proved right.
"In this paper, the role of granitoids in the mineralisation process at Telfer is more clearly defined and pertinent exploration criteria for the discovery of new Telfer style ore bodies are discussed."
The whole article is fascinating but look at these paragraphs in particular.

Local geological criteria
Mineralisation features
District and mine geology
