Success or failure of Fum doesn’t depend on this chat board or by Liam/Jack. They are in doubt because of Fum’s past history of hollow limelight and promises. Let us hope Fum proves them wrong this time by pulling some reputable pharma on board otherwise it will be a very monumental task for them to make success of so-called MED 3000.
Will be buying Monday the lower it goes the more shares I get the higher it goes the less shares I get will go all in been waiting on sidelines now is the time to take my position gla
yes 81lucky.polx is another example of a cash call being well received.a very different company of course, but they are awaiting FDA approval of their xenon gas imaging product as a drug device, expected i early october. they raised recently at 60p (the bid was i think 65p at the time).the s/p never fell below 63p after the raise and is now 94p.interestingly the offer included a priority offer to existing holders.it had the usual provisions as to scale back and i applied for quite a few share in it,expecting only to get a part of my application.in fact it was filled in full,so not presumably oversubscribed. here i would expect significant scale back, indicated by the very early closure of the primary bid..now I'm not suggesting fum will follow this pattern, as no one, myself or the other posters, has the benefit of vaticination, but it simply shows that we can all produce examples to support our arguments, but only time will tell who is correct.
Jack, Liam.
It is clear that you are no 'normal' investors and your interest in frequenting this BB has no innocent intention. Your messaging is in unison and reaching a crescendo.
You Guys have clearly got an agenda against the company and it's success. My guess is that you are known to the company.
As far as the issue in hand, My guess is that no pharma is going to jump in at this stage (that is not to say that the interest is not there), especially as FDA conclusion is pending. Whilst the cogs are turning in the background the company has to stay on course.
From my prospective, the company is sitting on a miracle product that has been proven to work, has media interest and has EU approval. (Liam, spare us the long post with links to counter that, you have done it umpteen times before).
On book building, ANIC had a cash call on Tuesday. The price has been rising since the drop (+12% yesterday).
guess jackbogle is another tnuc that needs to be filtered....
no need to reply jackbogle as I can't read it....
From the sublime to the ridiculous.
Have sold 1 BTC to get shares
Make sure it’s a cheeky one mucker,
Don’t worry about my funds jackbogle!! I will definitely be topping up on Monday morning.. hopefully reap the rewards in 3-4-5 years time. You must be skint and after a quick buck mucker ????
ssi1975 the first RNS actually says they expect theUS trial to cost in the region of £3m, so as you say should be plenty left over to strengthen overall position.
1975,
Missed out pension funds topped up.
Funding for US Trial done, not just to start but to see it right through, it will not cost anything near 10m for 100 subject trial for 6 months. I know, I price clinical Phase I to Phase III trials for a large CRO. Plus limited IND fees from this point forward
Funds available to initiate expedited regulatory approval outside of EU, USA, , China (South America, Middle East, etc etc) with the CE mark.
Funds to increase manufacturing / logistics to support commercial deals UK, EU immediately, and other regions as RA completes.
Funds to support marketing
All of the above will put FUM in a much better place, no doubt
Frankiefallon the novice,
If your average is 40p and doing a cheeky top up on Monday, you will have no option but to be a LTH unless you are prepared to pull it out at a loss, and not just a dribble.
Ellllltelinv
You are on the wrong forum, check out CBX for highs, this forum is for bell end slapper on’s,
Jackbogle - stop smoking that stuff, watch some more TV.
Monday Morning.
Step 1 Open Trading Account.
Step 2 Deposit Funds you never expect to see again.
Step 3 Choose the ticker FUM “for universal mugs”
Step 4 Enter Buy at 40p
Step 5 Watch as SP drops to around 36p
Step 6 Post on forums on how this company is going to explode.
Step 7 Sit on hands watching as your investment continues falling.
Step 8 Keep posting on forums on how the Chinese will be slapping it on, once partners are signed up.
Step 9 Wait for the next fund raise to buy machinery/bottles and labels as FUM decide to go it alone, as partners couldn’t be found.
Step 10 Spend the next couple of year trying to track down stockists and Chinese slapping it on.
Welcome to the world of FUM
Excellent news - agree Frankie.
BoD have pulled a blinder today.
Saw the news too late to bag more before the 9pm deadline, sounds like I would have struggled to get any anyway. If you did get some then well done.
Having money means self sufficiency and so on......
Monday - as price was kept high the announcement indicated 13% drop to circa 48p. As we now have £12m fully available this is fantastic. Share price prediction for me is 45-48p close on Monday. Thereafter commercial deals will drive this north.
Nothing has changed other than a slight dilution but now the company is liquid and call the shots & fund its progress.
Good luck all. I will be adding on open on Monday.
Thank you surf,
I really do think this company has massive potential and I would be a LTH. I may just buy some more on Monday if the SP drops . I’m averaging about 40p at the moment . Nothing wrong with a cheeky top up .
I don't think you can Frankie nor should you wish to when on Monday you will be able to buy these shares at less than 40p. I may even have another punt at these prices. I have been here for years and over thst time lost a fortune here but FUM may just have something at long last.
I’m a novice can someone brake this down for me please. Am I able to buy some more shares at 40p and how and when do I do it ? Thank you
Well seems like placing done and retail offer all fully taken up-that's £12million ( less costs) in the bank and fully funded for next 12 months.
This places Futura in a superb position and they can now negotiate from a position of strength enabling better deals to be done.
Whilst share price may drop in the very short term this removes all uncertainty and I look forward to the share price moving constantly upwards until deals come in and then some real share price rockets.
Good luck to all holders.
