FRCC jester is a separate part of FRR and if it is bankrupt it does not affect FRR trading or being listed again , anyone got any more news where the court case is now . court will end sometime and hopefully relisting will take place , but several things give me doubt as in no news on anything from the BOD , we should give a date for resolution if no resolution by that date and relisting then we could take them to court who agrees ?
This has to be what we're waiting for. No license extension or jv/buyout can happen until the remaining 5% of the company or asset has been finalised. The liquidation will allow the 5% to go the GG and everything else will fall into place
Aurora when something is being filed for bankruptcy does that sound good to you? Please explain I'm intrigued
Jester do you have any solid evidence for that claim
mmmmm
didnt think so
Good news? Frcc bankrupt doesnt sound good to me
I think the Georgian Chrimbo is around the 7th of Jan
There is a chance of news before Year end, I find it hard to believe that both Georgia and FRR are not going to give some sort of positive news to FRR employees. I just find it disgusting that many employees families will not be able to enjoy Christmas because they havnt been paid for 12 months . These are two entities who clearly know the box is not empty, why ruin these family moments that may not come around again for some.
I Agree Bezzy
late Jan early Feb for some real news
Not to put a dampener on the "Christmas Prezzies" idea, but I don't see us getting this resolved until after the court dates in January (although I'd very much like it!). Whilst I'm sure a Super Major might want to conclude a deal before the year end, if the court shenanigans is still ongoing, not sure they can? Could they do a deal conditional on a favourable outcome in January? Would that count as "before the year end" for them? Surely they'd have to announce it to the market?
All IMO
Bezzy
That would be Lubbley Jubbley
Liking your logic Bigun2
If Starage has not messaged anything then surely we have to conclude it is all positive...
Hopefully then the 5% left in FRCC transfers over to the GG I think MP if his scenario plays out as he said.
Interestingly that timing is similar to Zaza's dates for the 1 last thing that needs to be sorted out
Well, well. It seems that court cases are like buses. Nothing for ages, then they turn up in swarms.

Is this (15/01/20) the long awaited bankruptcy finale of FRCC that we've been waiting for? Unfortunately, I can't view the items mentioned, so have to hope that someone else has the wherewithal to supply the info.
Also, I'm quite confused about the details of this case - could someone please elucidate on whether this is the good news that I hope it is?
