Wrong
Depends what tele conf, is for & case management can easily be carried out by telephone.
I am sure that hope, is wanting it by telephone to save him a few $s.
Big hitters don't do Tel Con, they send there people in even if they only get 10 Mins. F2F is always better than a phone call, u gauge the judge etc etc, but to save money doesn't fill me with confidence, even though it's a financial sound decision.
Longer session. ZAZA prepared the ground and a telephone discussion
makes sense. Everything is in place to make progress without wasting
time. Resources are in the ground and ready to flow . BP does know.
Anyone got the dial in number and code lol now that would be an interesting fly on the wall listen.
As for all the noise about not paying guys for months I dont buy it at all.
there may have not been a huge amount of new drilling but deep drills will be contractors not FRR staff , well test would be contractors almost every discipline is contractors apart from the team that manages the wells that are in operation and if they are flowing and filling tanks to be sent to the rail terminal that will be ongoing. There maybe some local frr rig crew laid off as the frr rig is dormant that would be normal to down man and up man as required with the rig crew.
cheers
Aurora
Nice thinking Bezzy, but looking at the 'Appear by Telephone' document, the 11.00 start was scheduled for any telephoned meetings. Also, on the schedule calendar, any 'telephonic meetings' on other dates are also held at 11.00, after the normal ones. So I doubt that the meeting is going to be unusually detailed. Mind you, just for the sake of getting more info, it might be nice if it was!

Per the recent document lodged, the time in front of the judge has now been moved to 11am. I note there is nothing else scheduled up to 1.30pm. Will we be getting a longer session, or will it still be 10 minutes, just on the phone?
