On the leaderboard this morning
Well done...buys outstripping sells ...looking strong
Bought at 1.8
Today....looking good this morning.....buying pressure building
Not paying over 2p. More than likely won’t win the case but looks good for a trade
Check out CBX - Huge RNS at CBX this morning
Warrants at 70% premium to Singapore
Bought some at 2p at the open. Fingers crossed!
Will see how far it has popped on open but under 2.5p I will have a punt.
Bit early to mean much but book showing 1.8 vs. 2.0.
My alarms set for 7:45, hopefully stock available first thing
Hi FuelFor,
I posted on Friday. I did a small top-up then at 15.56 following the RNS and by the close of play it was up some 50%! The RTO has taken longer than I expected but the rational is still very good. This could be massive for me, my ISA holding average is 1.5655p!
PS. I don't have to supervise the anti-fouling - the Captain does it for me!
Sure, no problem.
Thanks bluegill. You explained it well. As you probably can tell from my forum I’d
English is not my first language so I find it bit difficult to understand RNS . Anyways thanks again for explaining. You seem decent individual. Thanks again
Not at all, you don't sound stupid....answer is, yes of course. FOX is like any other share and will trade as such - including of course the opportunity to trade in and out of it intra-day - until around 24/5/6 May (again, I'm not quite sure when the very last trade date will fall to ensure a buyer will fall inside the 26 May record date deadline, so to be safe, check with your broker). Buying the shares AFTER this record date deadline will only mean that the buyer will no longer be eligible for their share of the segregated pool if the Company wins the litigation lottery.
Yes it is I am bit confused about record date. Sorry to sound stupid
Sorry radika, is that a serious question?
So bluetill does it mean if I buy Tuesday morning I can sell same day if I want for quick profit if it goes up?
Apologies John, didn’t intend to ignore you! The DG ( Domestic Goddess/ Director General) has been in for a knee replacement. Look what happened when I put my head above the parapet! I should post more often. I had contacted Fox investor relations seeking clarification of the suspension and, to their credit, previously I had always got a reply. On this occasion I didn’t. Was too cynical to think that developments were so imminent.
Where have all these posters come from? Previously, I nearly ended up in critical care holding my breath waiting for a reply. Where did ‘Truro’ disappear to? Supervising the anti fouling of his yacht at Restronguet creek?
I think we will see this share traded some what. Quite a few will trade in on the litigation aspect too, to put a few hundred or thousand quid in, take the dilution but hoping even if they come out with €60 million it’s worth individually quite a lot
A rise to 2.5 is only about 40% from here, not quite a Miri.
.
The c.v. of this co is £6M my shares are going to be reduced in number to 2% I.e. 1 share for 51? A RTO into Eco is taking place and a placing has occurred for £30M which will mean there will be circa 68M shares in issue and the co will be worth circa £35M?
There are contracts in place for business worth £114M due over the next 3 years. If those produced net profit of circa £10M/ annum PLUS all shareholders on the co register prior to the end of May will be eligible for a share of a claim worth potentially £195M
So on Tuesday what will happen to the sp?
Personally I think there will be a large demand. Could this do a MIRI? Quite possibly but there may be a lot of changes in shareholders as many take profits through the early stages of next week.
Bottom line very interesting and IMO the sp could rise on Tuesday to 2.5p possibly higher.
Let the party begin!!!
It's OK- I didn't read the rns properly . . .1.12.22 it is the arbitration against a customer in India- nothing to do with possible litigation against the Kosovan government -
Sorry (hand in head emoji would be appropriate)
Only just read the RNS
Congrats to holders, should be a beautiful week for you all. I’ll attempt a buy Tuesday as long as it not already ballooned
Another stock to research this weekend is CBX
More cash than market cap
Sales in the U.S
Big influences promoting their products
99% down in 2 years
I'm not a shareholder - I've seen all the chatter on twitter so been reading the rns's -
It says re the 195m - any future award in litigation.
HOWEVER the rns did 1.12.22 states Following a hearing, on 11 November 2022, the LCIA issued an award in favour of Fox Marble with an award of €383,177 in damages plus £454,584 in costs. No other issues remain to be determined in the arbitration." - obviously + the 8% compounded interest.
So my question is maybe being a novice is the arbitration damages - different to any possible future awards in litigation? As the rns 1.12.22 states
"No other issues remain to be determined in the arbitration" ???
yes
