DFC is currently being subbed for Zim
flights today as it did not seem to be either BBH or the borrowed DFC ?

Solenta should do well ...good post fjc.
For Fastjet Tanzania’s Airbus is the clock now also actively running down as the last of an initial fleet of as many of five A319’s is due to leave the fleet in September when two Embraer E195’s are due to join, able to once again offer a full service schedule from Dar es Salaam to Kilimanjaro, Mwanza and Mbeya but also to Lusaka, Harare and Johannesburg ---- Looking at our October schedule normal service resumed BUT not counting chickens until they hatch in Tanzania, praying that TCAA don't throw any spanners in the works as they so evidently favour the new Air Tanzania
This is indeed good news and shows the benefit of having a more suitably sized (to the requirements of the market) aircraft. Apart from a few limited routes, the A319 was always a folly based upon too rigid an application of the European LCC model. With the 2nd ERJ145 I wonder if network expansion, in Zimbabwe, may also be on the cards - BUQ (to both HRE and JNB) would be a good start as would a formal routing between LUN and HRE. After other mooted routes included DUR and CPT.
That's what we like to see – at last – expansion!
CONGRATULATIONS to our new CEO and team, well done

PJ, my post is referring to the booking of JNB VFA, which is now fixed
Hi Fjetcrazy I cannot trace ZS-BBH as having flown today on flightradar24 ?
FINALLY it's fixed!
We are still using ZS-DFC OUT OF ZIM.saa .
PJ I sent message to Hein ,and he did reply saying thanks and that they are aware and working hard to fix the computer glitch amongst other glitches.
At last, the “On time performance” Update panel on our FB Home Page has been, erm, updated! A good leap back to the low 90%s of flights departing on time, from the 84-85% of May. The adjacent panel of Cancellations and Delay info is still stuck at 11 April.
Fastjet is able to deploy Solenta aircraft on any one of Solenta's AOCs on the African continent under the fastjet brand in exchange for a cost contribution/revenue share, depending on use. Solenta currently has AOCs in several African states including: South Africa, Solenta Aviation Côte d'Ivoire, Solenta Aviation Gabon, Solenta Aviation Ghana, Solenta Aviation Kenya, and Solenta Aviation Mozambique.
That seems a pretty standard response to such enquiries. But I do get the impression that Bulawayo must be on the cards when we begin to expand our fleet and routes. It is commonly a destination requested of us on Facebook.
See reply pasted below to Facebook enquiry competitive prices please also add the Harare Lusaka route LikeShow more reactions · Reply · 1 · Yesterday at 8:03pm fastjet Zimbabwe fastjet Zimbabwe Hi Gilbert, We would love to but unfortunately our aircraft cannot cover all routes. We hope to add this route in the near future. Thank you!
Looks like our aircraft BBH is broken or undergoing maintenance as we had to borrow SA DFC again today
Cheaper to go via HRE ? http://www.financialgazette.co.zw/sa-airlink-lands-in-victoria-falls/ http://www.chronicle.co.zw/new-look-airport-attracts-third-airliner-airlink-lands-in-victoria-falls/
