I don't think the 1.2m and 1.8m were sells - look at the timings. First the 3.1m were sold then 1.2m were bought by Helium (effectively an outright transfer as same price) and then 1.8 m have been bought by someone. The 100k are still unaccounted for. So roughly 50% has changed hands. We haven't had an RNS for the 3.1m sale yet - is that perhaps because there may be more to come or just simply haven't reported it yet? Take your pick who it was lol! http://www.frenkeltopping.co.uk/investors/company-information/
Boom, sorry our posts crossed. I agree it will be interesting to see who took them, 1.8M is approx 3% of the shares....BTW the trades show sells of 3.1M, 1.8M and 1,2M shares, whose had the other shares. I'm really interested to see who has sold them. Any opinion? Ian Currie, Richard Hughes.???
Well that is good news. However they only mopped up 1.2 M shares. Whose had the rest of them? And who sold so many! More to come as this total play involved circa 9% of the company's shares. IMO
Looks like it was 3.1m sold. Helium have taken 1.2m as confirmed by the RNS so that accounts for the 1.2m trade. Now would be interesting to know about the 1.8m?
Well with that many exchanging hands we can expect an RNS soon, it will be interesting to see who sold and who bought. :-) Helium involved? FEN - Great company.
Another solid update - especially like the last part "We have a very strong offering and the fact that we have once again grown profits, revenues and Assets Under Management is testament to our team's hard work while the fact that we paid our first interim dividend highlights our focus on providing further real shareholder value and confidence in future growth" http://www.investegate.co.uk/frenkel-topping-grp--fen-/rns/trading-update-and-notice-of-results/201501190700074384C/
Could we see a steady rise until we get the usual trading statement in the new year? :-) IMO, DYOR.
5 trades in one week. A veritable flurry of activity.
Boom, great start also with a maiden interim divi. :-)
Solid interims http://www.investegate.co.uk/frenkel-topping-grp--fen-/rns/interim-results/201407210700077941M/ "The Board views the future with considerable optimism"
FEN goes ex-divi' tomorrow for a modest 0.58p (1.5%)...'can buy at 40.5p at the mo' No advice intended, DYOR, etc..GLA ;-)
Rarely look in on the bb (as you say it's quiet!). Did you buy?

..half a billion in investment management. Dont these types of companies cream a % off what they look after in fees? 25m seems very low mcap for looking after half a bill. Or am i being thick? Sorry not my strong point these types of firms..any views? Ps this share has NO followers, talk about being off the grid
