Might be wasting my time here since Tra1 said I'm to be filtered for being honest and wanting a lower entry price. What a weird reason to filter!
Anyway, if I didn't see potential in FAR I wouldn't be researching and posting here for feedback: ideally someone would try to convince me I'm wrong to test my thought process.
Making money from shares is mostly about timing, with almost any share you can make money if your timing is good. Take FAR, in the past month it's ranged from around 9p to 13p, with good timing you could've turned say £10K into £20K with the ups and downs. Isn't that what we are here for?
Now that's being said I'm looking at FAR for a long-term hold and that means getting in at a price point where it won't keep dropping below where I got in when there's no good news or the market is having a bad day.
I found FAR about 5 days ago, after research it was clear the recent SP jumps are not sustainable based on the information available from FAR: way too many unknowns.
I was looking to get in at 10p, but now I know there's a delay finishing the FS and the electricity supply I can see the SP falling below 10p before Christmas so can patiently wait for a dip: less than a month ago some got in at below 8p (great timing for them).
whatever you think bro. as i said before if you think this share is not good, stay away, but trust me Afzal knows what he is doing. and obviously you want to get in a lower price as you stated earlier. Not a good behaviour really. another filter
Interesting only Hazbeen recognises (or is willing to admit) the potential negative impact of the delayed FS.
Jump 6 weeks and we are into December, but still no FS released despite the fact most info out there suggests the FS is due now, more shareholders have heard what the CEO said at 6mins into https://vimeo.com/472493935 that the FS is delayed up to 6 more months along with the delayed electricity supply: both of which were expected by now.
Can you see the SP growing in a sustainable way once the delays sinks in?
I want to buy into FAR, but at the lowest price possible and with the delay I could see it back below 10p soon.
Saw a Tweet today https://twitter.com/AfzalValli/status/1321373264183238656 he's apparently been buying in big. Clearly he didn't know the FS has been delayed, see the Tweet "FS Imminent" and his reply when I pointed it out was to point to the possible "Off-Take agreement soon" which is a minor positive relative to a 6 month delay for the main project.
The big upside for FAR is the main project not the current small mining operation (running at a loss) which relies on buying in material, I assume most shareholders are in for the main project: a 6 month delay is bound to supress SP growth over the next few months.
First of many sale done. This is good news. This is what has made me invest. More sales more money coming in to the company.
Lots of over 80000 to 100000 buys today.
Ferro-Alloy Resources Ltd - vanadium mining and processing company operating in Kazakhstan - Makes first commercial production and sales of calcium molybdate. "I am extremely pleased with the speed at which we have been able to make our first commercial production and sale of calcium molybdate," Chief Executive Officer Nick Bridgen said.

You can see how say how I see it . I am not going to flower it up so you feel better about your investment .
I have followed this for over a year now . So I continue to follow with interest,
I do not get emotional about holding a share . I buy or sell based on news and progress
If the story changes I will invest again .

Mr. Hazbeen, seriously, I doubt you hold any shares here and your stance on FAR clearly shows that. Any lucid shareholders holding the views you have on FAR would sell definitely, but not you? You have given so many arguments to sell it that makes me wonder why are you wasting you time here? How many pennies you been paid per text? :0)
Thanks for the warnings Hazbeen. But I still will hold my shares long term. If we go tits up in a year or two I will try to remember what you said.
Cheers

Let me give you an opportunistic timelines
1) Ramp up to 120t/month (1500t/year) - target middle of 2021 as long as power line and furnace are running optimally .
2) BFS late Q3 2021 at the earliest
3) funding , probably jan 2021 - another £3.5m via dilution and or debt again .
If he wants to avoid that , then he needs to agree an upfront payment for vanadium or any by product to say he needs that to ramp up to meet delivery of them. But that may too risky for anyone to consider .
Last January we were told power line will be in April 2020 and BFS end of 2020.
So if you use that as a guide , you are approx 12 months behind .
Btw the CEO stuttering and body language very much gives it away. RNS’ are vague in detail , and I get the feeling he says more than he intends to on director talk because of his nervousness .
Just my observation
Good luck all , and let see how the timescales pan out .
So minimum of 6 months before electric furnace is installed
BFS unsure of timing but newsflow expected in 6 months
Watch out for funding requirements , it is clear the recent cash will not
Meet these two things now . That was just for wages and power line
I was right about that as well .
Read between the lives boys and learn
I like when he said the NPV was around 2.5 billion !
If we get there WoW !
Crew accommodation, train station siding upgrade (I think this is happening right now) and electricity grid upgrades are all work getting done which will benifit the larger scale operations economics. If there was no covid and the grid connection had been finished and fully installed, the operation would already be profitable?
Hmm, seems the domain is filtered, why on Earth would they filter the "directors talk interview" domain???
URL for the video was *****, will try again:

If **** again replace **** with *************interviews

Only the video https://vimeo.com/472493935
I'm thinking about buying into FAR, though waiting for a lower price entry, so yes I'm hoping for a drop before I buy in: 10p would be nice and if there's no major news it's not hard to see the SP trending flat to down short-term.
Until seeing the video at https://www.***************************/ferro-alloy-resources-molybdenum-production-significant-interview/412867800 (published today) I was getting the impression the feasibility study publication was due any day now.
That was adding an element of FOMO to buying: if the study is good news the SP is likely to jump and I miss out on a relatively low entry point.
See the above video at around 6 mins where the CEO says the study should be out within 6 months. If the study is due any day now you wouldn't expect the CEO to say within 6 months, to be conservative they might say this quarter or this year giving them 2 months wiggle room. So that suggests the study won't be out this year or if it is not until late December.
Am I right in understanding that until the feasibility study is complete they won't be doing significant work on the main project?
So right now we have the pilot mine being upgraded to run at a loss (assuming vanadium prices don't increase significantly) until the main project is up and running?
