There have always been rumours that silver is artificially kept low but experts disagree, watch the Kitco interview on LR's LinkedIn. Also mentions how the bad investment environment in recent years has meant there has been under investment in copper projects so as real demand increases and anticipated demand even more so real forces are pushing the price higher, very difficult for supply to catch up with demand when it takes so long to bring a project online. There are quite a few things in there pertinent to us even though they don't talk about Pb/Zn so worth a watch.
Sorry Bobby completely disagree, the price of the metals now is totally relevant, boosts the economics as TP pointed out recently, really really importantly it affects the investment climate, plus it pulls up the three year trailing average when the numbers get crunched in the PFS. All hugely important to getting the money to get the go-ahead for the project to become reality. Agree that getting more inferred to indicated and hopefully measured is important.
Copper is absolutely flying if they can get it onto their books they should, without a shadow of a doubt.
@grappa the bigger part of the wind farms come from this

Why would a zinc team go into something with a wind farm???. Just my thoughts part of a bigger picture everyone might have missed.Battery storage is going to be huge. GLTA

Interesting reading though I don't agree with the comment "Neither of which has an obvious tie-in to the electrification and decarbonisation drivers that have set other metals abuzz", as mentioned yesterday there's heaps of zinc required to galvanize a wind turbine plus interesting developments in the battery sector. I do think is does question the wisdom of ignoring our copper though to be fair I think the tight funding meant they had to concentrate on the principle deposits of Zn, Pb-Ag. Hopefully that will be put right and copper will come back into the party soon, would certainly be good to have another string to our bow and have two products at the top of the expected supercycle even if the other two are lagging a little.
Moneymaker. The SP isn't moving and it won't until something official comes out in the form of RNS. Until then it's all speculation and no substance. Cutting and pasting articles with no mention of EUZ and tweets aren't exciting potential investors. In some stocks it works such as TOM but not EUZ. Number of daily trades show the appetite isn't there currently.
Let's hope some official news comes out that PIs trust and moves the SP accordingly. If it doesn't happen soon and in the next two weeks this will drop and go back to single digit trades.
Bricks, do you mind if a steal your link and post it on another board? Very interesting read.

NEWS ABOUT THE TORAL PROJECT
In this post we want to share with you that we have recently completed our visits and meetings with the different authorities of the Toral Project. On this occasion we were received at the Carracedelo Town Hall itself at the end of April, and we had the opportunity to share the progress of the project, the investigations , the progress and expectations with the mayor himself, Raúl Valcárce, who offered us all the technical and technical facilities. health security to hold a meeting with numerous attendees from the community (district, councils of the City Council of Carracedelo such as Urban Planning, Environment or Youth, Sports, Parks and Gardens).
Moment of the meeting with the City Council of Carracedelo
For the project, it is important to have held this meeting that completes the planned round of reunions that the health situation did not allow us in 2020, and that it has been extremely productive and interesting, where we explain in detail the point where the investigation phase is located, and We also had the opportunity to listen to all the participants, sharing impressions and concerns that allow us to maintain direct and fluid contact for the next phases of the project.
On the other hand, in addition to the round of meetings and encounters held to date with authorities and representatives of the community, we are preparing a series of visits by colleagues from different media in which we will be happy to explain the keys to the project and pay a visit to the area of ??the research work we are carrying out.
Work session at EMI headquarters in Camponaraya
In the image, the Communication and Geology department at the Europa Metals Iberia headquarters in Camponaraya preparing the meeting with the press that will be held soon: here we are compiling the most complete information possible about how the Toral Project has been developing to date, as well such as planned immediate jobs, and also studying the best route for journalists' vehicle journeys in the field. On screen, the plasma image reflects a schematic and diagram of the type of local supplies and providers of products and services in the area that will need to be gradually incorporated into the project as the work progresses..
Hi mfm with BB going positive are you auditioning to be the new board Jonah? Only joking, fair comments really, it's been a long road. I almost said with more downs than ups but I think there's actually been more ups than downs it's just that the negatives have hurt us more. As you suggest when sentiment gets so badly punished is tough to turn it around.
I agree Shed. Foolish to sell an entire Region a dream with no 'reality' behind it. They must be confident of a) what they have found during drilling and b) that funding is coming to enable this mine to be built and the subsequent wider economic, social and environmemtal benefits etc etc.
It will explode IMO and in the not too distant future.
It would shed but the lack of price appreciation shows the level of distrust / apathy for EUZ amongst most retail investors at the present time.
As Stevenc72 says, with everyone seemingly on board and positive about this project (apart from most retail investors) it does seem likely that we will see a positive outcome here.
Ducks etc steven .... we've had so many let downs here it's difficult not to fear another one but the more I think about it the more there has to be funding news prior to the press conference, doesn't there? Would we really face the local press dangling this potential prosperity and jobs for the region without being able to publicly explain how it will be funded? I'm just a bit surprised there isn't more action in the market, even if you saw it as a complete punt (which I don't) I'd have thought it was worth a nibble. Take away funding worries and we'll be valued on the asset for the first time ever and that could be explosive.
Silver up to $27 as well :) imagine we increase that resource aswell
Toral is part of something very big going on here.
Juntas on board, Universities on board, Govt on board, funding for deleopment, funding for jobs etc... etc...
It's happening IMO.
Patience will be rewarded.
