I wonder if the CDTI will award us a few million for RD and i projects again.
There you go antharry a 100 code, race you to a club in Oxford Street?
Wonder why they haven't taken it off the 'Corporate Structure'? Maybe just an oversight. Personally I think the ore in situ at Antonina could be a more attractive possibility given its proximity to our potential plant. Is there a clue in the latest video - 'Proposed Plant Site & Infrastructure'.
Yep. We relinquished that license in order to focus on Toral…it is however still available by all accounts. Not at all sure though whether it is still included in future plans.
Good point that Bricks I was about to post the link 'Group Structure'.
http://www.europametals.com/site/corporate-information/group-structure
... when I noticed they still list Lago as a 100% owned project, didn't we rescind the licence or is my memory failing me?
And Europa Iberia…. http://www.europametals.com/site/corporate-information/europa-iberia
Being AUS registered, UK listed didn't prevent us from getting the CDTI regional grant / loan, in the RNS they also mention the importance of the terms not making us ineligible for further grants - "Europa Metals anticipates that the Grant will enable the Company to apply for reductions in taxes payable relating mainly to labour costs and is satisfied that the terms of the Grant will not prevent the Company from participating in other grant application processes save where there is a specific technological overlap". I think just about every presentation mentions EU/Regional grants and LR talked about the EU Next Generation fund in the last webinar. I'm confident that this is evidence that we are eligible but of course I can't promise that we will be successful in our applications or that there won't be another placing. I would point out that avoiding another placing isn't only dependent on securing EU cash but we have AH and Conrad working on other options.
Goldquest Iberica is 100% Spanish company. http://www.europametals.com/site/corporate-information/group-structure But anyways…it’s for me to know and you to find out. DYR is all I can say.
Bricks, it's very easy to research possible grants. It's also very easy to research the history of EUZ. Tell me you have absolute confidence that our BoD can actually catch some of those Euros floating around and not revert to type re dilution? Indeed, is EUZ eligible for all the grants on offer as a non-EU company? My motive ..... is to work out whether its actually worth investing here or not. The market is not convinced judging by the level of trading which is a fact. Meanwhile, you seem to agree that another dilution points to the exit? The above not drafted in any aggressive way. No agenda. Just a statement of fact.
We'll see in a months time Shed. In the mean time, you carry on.
The only desperate thing I see is the hackneyed phrase 'lifestyle company' try and think of something original Roger. Also if you want to be taken seriously the suggestion that nothing is going on is just so ludicrous you're just making yourself look daft. Off the top of my head I can think of six respected service providers who would have to be complicit in a deception for that to have an ounce of truth in it. Stop and think before you post this rubbish.
Talking dilutions….wtf….it’s raining euros in Spain..why you guys don’t do research is beyond me…can only be for ulterior motives. EU grants for credit lines alone are over 400 billion….excluding industries…if their is another dilution AH MC and LR would have quite frankly have failed miserably. In fact it’s raining so many euros even a blind man should be able to catch them.
I don't do Twitter. I"ll come back in a month to see how this is going but I won't hold my breath. In the mean time I can well do without reading days and days of posts from the likes of Shed and Bricks who appear desperate to give the impression something is actually going on here.
Hi Roger, 'lifestyle' company. Another dilution and I will have to agree. You're not the person on Twitter saying the same perchance?
Highside I won't pass judgement in case I misunderstood you, or perhaps you're just joking but did you mean to say that you think LR did the presentation because TP told him he had to?
Ill add to my point below

Spain overtakes Italy as Europe's biggest renewable energy market
Spain has become the hottest renewable energy market in Europe, with plummeting solar and wind power purchase agreement (PPA) offer prices this quarter, according to LevelTen Energy’s Q2 2021 PPA Price Index.
This was 4 days ago.... Watch this space zinc might needed alot :)
Roger65 have you read the English documents?
https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/219379/europa-metals-delighted-with-study-results-for-toral-project-219379.html
About the company
Europa Metals is a lead-zinc exploration company focused exclusively on European projects.
The company believes Europe, and Spain in particular, is an unrealised region for modern mine development and that the opportunity to create new mines within a best practice social and environmental framework, near first-class infrastructure, is significant.
Currently, it is progressing the Toral lead, zinc and silver project towards mine development
£75k per year for a CEO after tax not alot of money really
Earn £75,000 in 2021/2022 and you'll take home £52,193. This means £4,349 in your pocket a month. I know CEOs on AIM taking a lot more for a lifestyle company as you say it is.
i think if you repeat in your head £5,000,000 mkt cap $1 billion in the ground you will realise where this is going. PFS release mining license to be applied for in 2022. Where will the SP when that $1 billion is increased. Last time they did this they reduced payback years and increased the resource. HUGE HUGE ASSET just unrealised by people at the moment.
DYOR but this has so much potential and once those drill results come in with funding ill see you on the other side of an 8-10 bagger crying you didnt buy any shares. GL
Roger65
Its very hard to believe you have found the Goose that lays a golden egg while the rest of the world is missing it given the length of time its been sitting here? I think you may just be having a wobble ,quite a large one actually.
I suspect that its not so much the story as who is telling it. Lawrence seems to have a complete inability to convey any real enthusiasm to potential investors., He doesn’t really have anything new to say, I suspect he is only there hidden away where no one will ever find him on VOX because turner pope told him he had too. Of course, that doesn’t make it a bad story, if Stephen Hawkins reads it its not going to sound like stephen fry reading it.
I don’t agree that anyone here is from management, from what I have seen I don’t think management are really that interested in the views of shareholders but from my own personal experience the only thing worse than management at promoting EUZ and welcoming new investors is this soapbox….lol (sic)
Roger65. It baffles me how so many pundits come on here spouting sage words on Europ Metals without being in possession of any of the facts.
To start with any purchase of shares outside of a placing do not produce a single penny for the company or its directors secondly Europa Metals is now drawing down on the second tranche of monies, some €146000.00 from Spanish government provision and thirdly all drilling results and test work has been independently verified and published. Not sure what your game is son, but I reckon your just another broker trying to score some cheap shares.
Block chain…apologies
You are entitled to your opinion Rog however if you do not want to understand ESG, Circular economies created by black chain, how much EU is putting into mining in the region and urgency of the situation in Spain….I agree…one should not invest in this share now. Fortunately…I do understand. DYR.
Roger you say 'nothing stands up to scrutiny' but that's just plain wrong. All our independently compiled metallurgical and JORC data was scrutinised by BARA in the PEA who then recommended 'moving to the Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") stage based on the current data'. WAI will now be crunching the latest data to produce the PFS so I think I'll wait for their opinion as to whether this can be a mine or not. On the 'value event' I personally don't think it was a 'trick' but I can't really argue the case with anyone who wants to knock the company on this issue as I also don't think it should have been RNS'd unless something was imminent. If it comes and a placing is taken out of the equation the time lapse will be swiftly forgotten but in the meantime it has created an open goal for anyone wanting to sow doubts so be my guest.
I have seen so much info posted here regurgitating numerous Spanish documents concerning future mining projects. I’d be so impressed if Europa Metals was actually mentioned in one of them. Lots (& lots!) of long posts on this BB but absolutely nothing stands up to scrutiny. As for the Directors? Well it wouldn’t surprise me if at least one, if not two of them, are actually posting here on a regular basis trying to keep some imaginary discourse going in the hope of netting the odd gullible floating pi. Eventually the money for salaries will run out and this will disappear in a puff of smoke. It’s pretty close to it already and the supposed’ value event’ trick didn’t work, either here or in SA, to try and rake in an extra £50k or so.
The EUZ lights are now just a flicker, but for how much longer? Imo I give it another couple of months before they try to do a raise and then they’ll realise no one is buying into it anymore and they’ll have to shut up shop.
Do not invest your money in this lifestyle company.
