Jimjam, thanks mate, I am my mothers son and drink way too much tea instead of water which is probably not such a good idea. However, I still think the Guinness idea is the best one. ;-)

Good morning Pete,
Dehydration can be the cause of cramp for me. Its easily resolved with one or two pints of water, not beer. A half pint of water in the hour or so before going to sleep also helps, not enough to disturb sleep but stops you waking early feeling dry. Atb, JJ
Surprise they drop it into the 24s
Newbie & all
Guinness , liver, broccoli ,black pudding , seaweed & of course spinach , all contain iron & all tasty
& for night cramps , you need something very salty that gently massages all muscles so a night with Septic Lil should remedy that
Rums all Round
ha ha yes Pete probably the more enjoyable way to do it. hope it works
Good morning everyone, a couple of Guinness won't do any harm, I do exactly the same thing Newbie Pete. Try sleeping with legs raised slightly and don't cross your legs over, couple of pillows does the trick. Finally stop thinking about what you are going to do with all the money you make from EUA.
Hi Pete
I take the B12 complex from H&B works great but your pee comes out luminous green and definitely more energy
Pete
The Guiness is sure high in Iron as far as I know ??
Cheers
John
Could platinum break out of its current price consolidation range? You're Damon right it could!

If you drink too much Pete, it flushes out your B12.
Sax/Aviz, thanks for the info, I have tried a couple of Guinness does that help? ;-)

Expecting upward movement in the days and weeks ahead.
Also Newbie......B12....involved in O2 transfer. If you're down on B12, you get cramps in the strangest of places!
Morning Newbie Pete
Have you tried taking a magnesium supplement? It worked for me!
Morning, sax,Ian,newbie, bellers ,Stix & all loitering investors on deck ,
Bit nippy out grafting early , let’s see what today brings on deck ,
On a separate note some pharma & tech stocks are in for a kicking today after Bidens boots .
Money cycles , as always , fortunately Eua is somewhat shielded via the FSP , mind it’s had its own trading range ‘ manipulation’ loosely spoken .
Rums all Round
Morning Ian , Tilly and all deck hands .
another fun packed day , Hopefully a great day with tea and medals to finish off .
Morning All, I woke up with cramp in my left calf muscle and could not get back to sleep, so here I am bright and early ready to go. Last night was yet another night of arguing and name calling, I really don’t know why they bother haven’t they got anything to do in their lives at all? I just get bored with the whole thing and turn off to it. Anyway have a good day today let’s hope for something positive from the bod that will give us a little bit of respite from some of the shenanigans.
ATB, Pete
Good morning one and all
Well I hope we have a good day today, it’s Thursday and all shipmates know Thursday in the past have been good days, so let’s see
As we March onwards to conclusion we can forgive those who fell by the wayside and then rejoined and possibly try to forget the bs but we always keep one eye on them to be sure
Eyes now firmly on the prize! Keep those tickets safe folks!!
