I agree that’s why I concur I think the price of PM’s are relevant in regards to price forecast, current price and average.
My point is there has to be a consensus between the party’s on all those price points which is I assume part of the negotiation and one that all sides have agreed to?
Good Afternoon All
If a deal is announced before the new tax year, does anyone know whether we will still be allowed to do a bed and ISA into the ISA account up to next years ISA allowance. I assume there will be timeline when we will no longer be able to trade them pending getting our reddies?

Agreed!
If we get an RNS in the next week confirming sale - winner
If we don't get for another couple of months and I continue to load up - winner
mac - cheers for your feedback, much appreciated
Yes, hence next week or the week after belstaff. My own personal guess is the 11th now, but, we'll just have to wait and see tbh.

All parties need to understand the implications of any agreement. If you had to pay 40% tax when you planned 20% you may feel differently. As an example.
I think the advisors were probably waiting for the BUDGET, just to make sure no nasty announcements ; re CORPORATION TAX. We now know there will be a rise but not until April 2023 onwards. Also no nasty announcements ;re CAPITAL GAINS TAX. I am not saying this is the only reason for the delay, but every box must ticked, so to speak.
mac what I'm asking is do you agree that if we are in the middle of "5. Second Bidding Round and Process Letter II" - it looks likely that our binding deals will be announced very soon.
OK mate... I hope you're right it's not exactly to my benefit this being dragged out as I could do with a few extra quid.
But you cannot disregard my thought process completely, especially given the track record of this whole sale process.
I would be very pleased with £1.25 a share :)

You are right of course, however the prices of metals has been so dramatic in recent weeks that I can’t help but think the BOD would have had a conversation at some point along the lines of “comrades, let’s just pause this a moment, these metal prices are going crazy, we need to review those offers!”
As I mentioned previously, based simply on the JORC resources at MT of 2.2m PGM oz and ignoring everything else, the value of the metals we have has increased $1b dollars since the FSP started.......I cannot imagine anyone, even the experts expected that, well to be honest we know they didn’t, since Eurasia’s very own presentation has projected prices for this year and next at a significantly lower level than where we are now.
They would be doing shareholders a disservice if they had not reviewed their position during this time IMO.
If a binding deal announcement lands next week or the week after, it lands at around the 8 and a half month point of the FSP, they then have the sales and purchase contract to do and finalise the deal, money transfer and legal transfer of assets etc. By the time it's finished it will be more towards a total 9 and a half month/10 month FSP from start to the deal being finalised imho. That's plenty of time in anyone's book tbh.

mac thanks again, this is great info - to me this suggests we are just one or two weeks away. Would you agree?
Stating EUA would drag the process out due to the price of PGM’s going up is fantasist.
They are not going to sell anything based on a daily spot price, it will be on average and projected future
prices, global requirement and forecasts.
The price of PGMs and PMs rising is relevant and positive for EUA of course but if you were attempting to broker a deal on that basis it would never get done.
fair play Pacer, but how do you answer mac's post? If we are at this stage, then we are a few weeks at best away, not months.
Yes belstaff, that's the stage after the non-binding deals are tabled, it's what happens between then and a binding deal being tabled, virtual data room and intensive DD, DD at Eurasia is straight forward and mainly consists of ground data and feasible mining plans.
GLA
Not at all... were all entitled to our opinions at the end of the day but I feel this deal is very complex with a huge amount of money at stake....I also think EUA would of stalled the sale process a tad as they would of forecasted the PGMs increasing in value which ultimately will increase the sale process.
I hope I'm wrong and we get the news anytime now.... but I'm personally not confident the next RNS is to tell us all its signed, sealed and delivered.
Fantastic share to be involved in and a huge amount of profit on offer so I personally will be backing it until the end.... again hope I'm wrong and it's only my opinion.
mac, are we at this stage now then?
Ok Pacer you're a realist, but what about the time frame mentioned here, are we to just ignore it because Pacer wants to collect more shares? lol
"5. Second Bidding Round and Process Letter II
By deciding on whom to admit into the next round, the process officially enters the second phase. This phase is determined by the opening of the virtual data room as well as intense due diligence done by the prospective buyers and their advisors. It usually covers a range of four to eight weeks and is governed by the process letter II. Towards the end of this phase, the buyers, given continuing interest, must submit their binding offers, which determine who will enter the final negotiation phase."

Why do you think a further 2-3 months minimum?
Why would ii’s close shorts if the end process was another 2/3 months down the line?
This is the biggest clue the RNS set to be released this month IMO.
Im with mac on the time frame- i feel that theres a reason they released that update in january when they did. They wanted to get it done but were experiencing delays and from then a deadline would be in place
From the outset of the fsp they would have had figures in mind and companies approaching them would have too, though admittedly these might have increased with the prices of pgms since then
Fingers crossed for next week!
Not really Hooch.... just prefer to be realistic than a fantasist! I'd love a sale RNS to land right now but it's not going to happen just yet... I wouldn't be surprised if something is agreed now but I'm not expecting us to hear anything concrete for another couple of months.
On the plus side it gives me more time to rack up some more shares and hopefully get myself a bigger profit!
:)
I really hope this does not go on for another 2-3 months haha. The sharper carper the 26th is my birthday so that really would be a great birthday present
Pacer new to lse. Well well. Is it welcome in or suspicious saying months to go and making people worry and sell. Mmmmm
Another 2-3 months Pacer.
I sincerely hope you're wrong.
