Are these interims likely to be positive news for the share price then or negative?
There have been 2 post 4.30pm RNS's released today for interim results on other companies, so there is still plenty of time for EUA to release theirs!
I cant see the first offer put to shareholders being the final one for definite, i f the bid put forward who is to say any other of the multiple parties dont they up there bid? Or that the bid wont be rejected
I am not saying its a definite but i dont think even the bod can say for certain what the highest offer might be.
DC - I think that was the last time I rang and again he told me there would be an announcement and there was, hence trying again today for the interims
in fairness the day we got the new nomad Keith told me in the morning their was to be an announcement later that day so it's entirely plausible

Still time yet I guess for today
I rang the office it wasn’t an email.
Suppose there wasn’t much point in saying soon if they were due today? I didn’t really expect a solid answer like today but had nothing to lose so give it a go....
Hmm strange someone in a company would give a timeline for news. not just soon.
you got a screenshot of the email?
Hope Keith’s not spun me one....
HappyScot,
Whilst it is currently a paper loss, I'm fortunate in that the money used to buy into Vast, was profit and more from another share, so I'm kidding myself that I can hang on, for better times, anyway enough said for now, before someone tells me off, as this is the Eurasia board.
Gecko,
Oh yea of little faith, but I agree, one good spike and I'm out
Gecko,
Average is .32, so still sitting on 6k loss, not sure what will come first, as I'm mid 60's, death or Vast making money LOL.
Gecko,
Thanks for reminding me re: Vast, I still hold, as you know, and live in eternal hope LOL.
IMHO there is a possibility of the shares being suspended 'to prevent a disorderly market'.
As I say IMHO
GLA
Hallster and Casper, I for one don’t want to see any suspension and as I say I’m learning as I go. I would suspect with this BOD that any offer they table to shareholders will be the best offer available. It’s been an education watching what they have done to date.
Frankle
I disagree. Look at what has happened recently. William Hill being the most recent, where there was press speculation and the share re-rated and there have been multiple RNS announcements this week to do with shareholders declaring their holding. IMO its unlikely that there would be a share suspension to consider an offer.
casper
Hi Frankle,
I’ve owned shares in a few companies that have sold, none have gone into suspension so I would say this is unlikely although I may be wrong
Casper, if the BOD put an offer forward to shareholders, then I would of thought a short suspension would allow shareholders to consider, then reopen trading. Not 100% sure how this all works? New to company disposals.
Frankle
On what basis to you think that the shares will be suspended from trading. If you review other companies in a takeover process, they are not suspended.
Casper
JM How do you mean that a low SP makes agreeing sale price easier? Surely the higher the SP the better for our BOD when trying to get a good price? I'll admit I could be missing your point, do you mean stable price is better than it wildly rising and falling?
RMR1969 I think it's probably just a psychological thing if shorts are leaving they don't see this going down so we in turn see it only going up... whether they know something (dodgy) or not or just base it on things they read like an RNS due, it can't be a bad thing in general. Of course they might get it wrong and we go down, but it's sure nicer seeing them bugger off than lots of new ones opening right?
If that is the case Judge, then I suspect interim will be held back to coincide with offer RNS and possible suspension of trading?
Ginger - Do you mean Keith?
