Manufactured drop. Says it all.. gl
Yes, its utter rubbish.
"They are letting institutions load up at the expense of pi's"
I'm always a bit puzzled when people say this. Surely the PIs are the ones who are letting the institutions load up? If people stopped panicking and selling when there's a manufactured drop, the price would go up!
Imagine being Dimitry right now....poor bloke must be dying to get down to the super yacht dealers.
They are letting institutions load up at the expense of pi's. With the helping hand of the nomads no known reason why the sp has risen so much nothings changed since last rns .... deeeerrrrrrr were up for sale and nearer to an answer its either deal or no deal. Been over a year and more gla..
This one won’t drag on for years , it’s done and dusted , they are just keeping us in suspense!!
I’m sure, although I was kind of joking. I’d like to think it’ll be done this year, it’s on nobody’s interest for this to drag on
end game has begun !! thats my info and my view and today is just about to get interesting :)
Crabby, writing an RNS will be nothing compared to all the legal documents required for a multi billion dollar sale.
I've seen huge deals like this drag on for years in the past in other industries. Fingers crossed we end 2020 on a high and we all test positive for huge profits.
No wonder the sales process has taken so long looking at the KAZ RNS the other day it was a beast. To write that out, check it l, audit it and get everyone to sign off on it must take a team in itself
There should be smoke coming off those fingers as yous type out the legal stuff -
"As you are aware, our Company is now in an offer period and has appointed several professional advisers including UBS on investment banking side and recently DLA Piper on the legal side to work with the Company through the sale process"
