Just know that AIM is about making the insiders rich first before PIs get a look in. What does Tilly say, has Tilly even got any EUA shares as lse.co.uk top poster. FFS!
With 2,895,111,558 Ordinary Shares is it worth a consolidation of some kind? This would raise the SP ( but not the value) to a level which may allow US listing and further exposure.[I am sure US buyers are already aware of EUA but was thinking NASDAQ type listing - probably rules against it was just thinking a listing based on SP price]
Normally when Companies consolidate it has a kiss of death effect but with everything going for this company would hope not.
Just a thought - am open for discussion ridicule as you see fit.
Bon chance
Long , your trying to sound incredibly knowledgeable. Problem is your failing badly but your making me giggle . EUA has always been one of the worlds cheapest mines to dig and process, this is determined by so many factors and none include past digging. Stop talking nonsense, like so many derampers on any board your here for a reason and it will not be from the goodness of your heart to show us all the error of our ways. I’m smarter than you , have more money than you , far better looking and my Missus doesn’t like a terrier dog so buy some EUA then you can have all that I have with the money you earn :)
No longtime, your posts are visible....try clicking on your name.
You posted 20th September @23p then did a disappearing act as the s.p continued to rise..
Only need to check their posting history.
Long term loser has been ****ging Eurasia off continuously, makes you wonder why he's here? :-)
As for billions, one word.....joke
The derampers are out in force, that just shows how good a share EUA is, if it wasn't, they would not be here.
Too many deramping returning new Monika types her along with the subtle deramping. If I had a £1 for every time I’ve read oooh now we’ll have to wait a few more months after that lol. Jeez.
A reminder that this was below 17p support last time I posted, i can't find those posts now as the Stasi on here are hell bent on getting any runagate posts removed.
Well looked what the cats dragged in!!!..........
Is it a bird?
Is it a plane?
It's neither of the above!......it's Billions! Aka The invisible man! Lol.
Just a reminder to folks...
Billions hadn't even heard of Sinosteel when he rocked up 1st time claiming to be an Eua expert :-)
There will be over 2.8 billion shares "The total number of ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, and assuming exercise of all of the Warrants, is 83,103,126 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which would represent approximately 2.87 per cent of the Company's enlarged fully diluted share capital of 2,895,111,558 Ordinary Shares." in issue. That means there will be a hell of a lot liquidity when PIs realise the valuation does not stand up, especially now the FSP is over and EUA has to find its own funds, now by issuing shares, more and more and more and more.....
This has to be one of the most blatant pump for a placing in the history of aim. All the shares have been forward sold into last weeks rise.
One thing for sure, this is not the last placing and the sale that everyone is waiting for hasn't been mentioned for months.
Longtime, please stop trolling.
You'll say too much, predict too much and when your predictions are more than likely proven wrong, you'll have backed yourself into a corner and then you will disappear as you have done before.
What is contained in the ground needs millions of pounds to get it out of the ground and then to sell it. I put it to you that when the Palladium price was $900 and below 5 years ago, many producers struggled to break even. The bigger the mine and the lower the depth to mine the resource, the higher concentration per tonne, the nearer to market, etc. are all factored into what is called an all in sustaining cost or AISC. Some of you may be surprised to know that some gold miners can't make a profit unless the gold price is over $1000 /ox, the same applies to EUA, they have no idea what their AISC is yet as they are not producing any significant quantity.
Many companies get sold on future turnover/ profits
That may be the case but eua owns significant value which is contained in the ground bank lol
Those without the rose tints may remember the placing before the FY results were published, the result was that a positive cash balance could be reported. It's all part of the game on AM.
It may eventually in many years time be valued in the hundreds of millions genuinely on account of its significant revenue, just not now, now its revenue does not generate profit, nor has it for years.
Hi there longtime, great first paragraph about what can happen pre and post placing.
Why did you go and spoil it with that company valuation stuff?. Real shame that.
Those who have been around AIM for a few years will not be surprised by the deliberate pumping of the share price and then a sell off, followed by a placing. The idea is that there aren't as many shares issued if the price is pumped before a 'professional' institutional investor forward sells the lot or as much as they can before the private investors realises what has happened.
This is normal on AIM, what is not normal is the ridiculous valuation of EUA. It has further to fall and more funds needed sooner or later, definitely before it achieves any significant production. Also, the price of Palladium has been sky high until recently, it had to drop, just had to, now as I speak Palladium is $1892 / oz, down over 6% on the day. Did I not predict $1800? I think I did.
