The error was done 3 years ago. So why only notice now?? Obviously a lot of legal and paperwork checking going on in the back ground.
Lamtree, you haven’t bothered reading today’s RNS, I’ll leave it at that.
Looks simple to me. Company has done some wrongdoing with regards to the loan. Nomad has resigned as a result. Company has been working hard to resolve the situation in the background i.e. a change of Nomad. All other aspects of the business are progressing as planned. Nomad to be appointed. Suspension to be lifted. Share price will drop temporarily as people are confused and take their profits/stake out.
Lamtree, you tried to make a silly point about us having no staff (without providing any evidence). Now the RNS confirms that we have accommodation in place for 56 members of staff, I can see why you're not happy with them including this info in the update...
No doubt you'll be picking holes in the choice of our next Nomad when they're announced.
"Anders, I don’t see the likes of Rio and Anglo etc making any statements about how many nuts and bolts they have,, or housing staff etc,, it’s just an attempt to rinse and repeat to fob you off."
It's to show bidders we can and are able to mine it ourselves.
"In a trading update for the year to March, published today (April 2, 2020), WH Ireland reported it did not expect to achieve monthly profitability by the start of the new financial year and would report an operational loss of £2.2m for the past 12 months."

Lamtree, we'll know who's right or wrong within seven weeks won't we? I expect we'll have an update sooner than that though.
Why would the BOD pay deposits and sign leases on the new machinery, or build accommodation for 56 people if this wasn't progressing? The accommodation for 56 workers answers one of your doubts, or are we building that to house no staff?
Some of the machinery mentioned on RNS pictured here

RNSMAN, you've made some great posts today. I agree was a positive RNS, the Nomad resigning isn't a problem unless we can't find another, so let's give the BOD benefit of doubt that talks are under way to resolve this. We have 7 weeks and talks have already been going, it sounds ample time.
Ignore Lamtree, we've been waiting 6 months for him to post any facts of wrong doings by the BOD.
RNSman,
thank you for you detailed response
however, i want to know why a NOMAD that needs all the money it can get resign?
if EUA is going places, this nomad would have wanted to be part of it.
We can talk about the BoD etc. if we don't find a new nomad, its done!
Why have they not found 1 in 2 months?????? Its obvious now that the clarification was not what took
2 months. It was this nomad issue. so why no replacement to now?
Ethio - if the company delists then all shares are still valid, just not tradable on LSE
I don't disagree, that once delisted they can find a way of diluting existing shareholders, or even transferring assets illicitly
All part of the 50% risk of losing all funds on any AIM share IMO
So eua used the tweet as a smokescreen to cover something up we still dont have clarity on that tweet I wonder why... gla I just hope this ain't a scam...
When big companies see an unbelievable potential in a small company like EUA, they sometimes do a deal with the BoD. If this delisted, EUA would still have their assets , excluding us, the private investors. its always the pi's that get shafted in this.
EUA will eventually sell to a bigger company. This is one possibility and for me where this is headed. I hope for us all it wont be the case. Look at history and this has happened to quite a few small companies that had huge potential.
I suppose this nomad does not want to be a part of that. May be they are. May be its a strategic move for the 3 parties to part with the money. Its is a known fact that THIS nomad, has been fined before. Looking at some of the suspect trades, they may still be dirty. People will shoot this down but this is how business is done at times and its a sad fact. I do hope EUA do the right thing for PIs.
WHY IS THERE NO REASON AS TO WHY THE NOMAD resigned?
WHY HAS THIS BEEN COVERED UP AS a clarification of relationship? Why have they not been honest?
Above all, WHY were we suspended?
