Some bigger trades today....RNS in our Future???
SFM
Simply a regulatory requirement in the UK that companies must disclose via RNS if there have been any changes in voting rights during the month. In this case, the number of shares in issue (with attached voting rights) has increased very slightly. Think this was due to Dr Reljanovic exercising share options.
Bermuda or anyone else....what is the meaning of today's RNS filing
Another larger investment. Fullbrook Thorpe Investments LLP adds 1.2M shares.
Impressive interview with new CFO Richard Barfield

North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC adds another 600K
Good grief
Crazy day! So many big lots....Im guessing a RNS tomorrow for an insider buy.
More big buys...wow! 250K 2x 80K
Some big buys going thru again. 2x 100K and 2x 60K
Strong trading update from Ergomed this morning with both revenue and EBITDA for the year projected to be ahead of current market expectations:-
- H1 unaudited revenue up 36% to £35m
- CRO revenue up 40%
- PV revenue up 32%
- Strong new business sales for H1
Also the announcement of further strengthening of the BOD with the appointment of ex BTG CFO, Rolf Soderstrom
Are RNS filed on weekends? Or expect one, if there is one , on Monday?
Haven't a clue - if so they'll have to notify the market. Would be just as interesting to know where the stock is coming from.
You Think these may be insider buys?
No, hadn't looked, thanks for the heads up.
Bermuda: Much thanks. We are watching all this from The States. Did you see the large trades today: 100K and 3x 28.5K?
Gresham House have acquired just under 2 million shares in Ergomed, split between their UK Micro Cap and UK Smaller Companies Funds. They have bought the stock on behalf of their clients and so don't directly own the voting rights attached to the shares, only indirectly through management of the fund. Hope that makes sense.
We now know the reason for the large trades and good to see 2 institutions building significant holdings.
I see the new RNS today...but looks a bit different...Indirect holdings??? Im new to RNS filings. ANy comments are welcomed
Sushifishman - yes there was an RNS this morning. For some reason it doesn't appear to be showing on this site but link is below.

You have a link for that?
TR1 this morning accounts for a good chunk of it. Christopher Mills' Oryx International Growth Fund spending about £2.6m to increase their position by approx. 970,000 shares.
Anyone have any insight why the heavy volume today?
Im surprised no news on the other trade of 240K from Monday. Happened at the same time as Miro
sushifishman -
Yes thanks. I read your post on ADVFN and replied there
Bermuda:Did you read the seekinalpha article link is posted ?
