Hi Wood hope not their supposed to be in Bristol having the GM to approve the placing
fingers crossed we all voted against the resolutions and it doesn't happen
Next the company will be asking for monthly donations by direct debit. I expect the board are in Barbados at the moment enjoying coconut rums and swimming with the turtles. Unfortunately this sort of investment is highly speculative. You win some, you lose some.
Warm regards to long term holders.
Glad I only threw £500 in this dumpster fire originally. Down 84%. Urgh.
You know what be good, is if this gets voted out and then we can deal with the mischief
Best wishes schalf
I thought that was the case, my account showed my over buy.

Utter farce - every single number in yesterday's RNS was wrong. Heads should role - 558% of Open Offer Shares subscribed for.
Asked for full amount of excess shares AND voted against. It is a disgrace.
They should go back and restructure the deal so existing shareholders have a chance for zero dilution at the hugely discounted offer price.
We live in hope but not counting on success for the ‘against’ camp Dyam.
This placing very much presents the feeling it was born out of an exceptionally cozy relationship. We shall see if the SP drifts back to the placing price in the coming weeks but for the moment, it does not look very much like it will. Right now it means over 3 times the money for the new boys at the table.
If we had not been diluted so much our basic entitlements would look like a very good deal. Reality however is rather different.
Very underhanded. Possibly a chance of it being voted down tomorrow?
Just proves dodgy side deal should of approached all existing shareholders first disgraceful
