Dev Clever, the developer of careers guidance and development platforms, is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with Veative Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Veative"), a leading provider of online and immersive learning modules within the EdTech sector. The partnership will enable the integration, cross-marketing and selling of products and services to provide a compelling careers development and learning programme, in and out of the classroom, on a global basis.
Veative is a leading provider of online and immersive learning to the global education sector and has developed "the world's largest library"* of interactive, curriculum-aligned VR and WebXR modules for education, currently being utilised by schools in 27 countries around the world. Alongside Dev Clever, Veative has partnered with Lenovo Group Limited with its content library pre-installed as part of the Lenovo VR Classroom V2 solution.
This new partnership creates a fully comprehensive remote e-learning solution that combines Dev Clever's careers guidance platforms, VICTAR VR and Launchyourcareer.com, with Veative's educational modules providing students with stand-out learning tools.
The partnership also provides Dev Clever with access to Veative's India-based development team, enabling the acceleration of the conversion of Dev Clever's platforms into local languages. The products can be immediately marketed together to English-speaking geographies, where the platform has already been localised. It is also anticipated Dev Clever will initially focus on converting its platforms for deployment in India and China, in which Veative is already present and represent significant market opportunities for both companies.
The parties are presently exploring ways to develop the partnership into a complete e-learning ecosystem for distance-based education, covering a range of aspects, from career exploration to employment onboarding into continuing professional development. This would equip training providers, higher educators and employers with a unified and unique methodology to address the growing global skills and attainment gap.
Chris Jeffries, CEO Dev Clever, said:
"It is estimated that more than 1.2 billion pupils in 186 countries are and have been affected by school closures as a result of COVID-19. It is clear that this has created a significant acceleration in the demand for a complete remote and eLearning solution within the global education sector. This "end-to-end" education and careers development partnership aims to address this and further validates that Dev Clever is attracting well established education and tech businesses to work with it in providing comprehensive remote learning solutions to a global audience."
Ankur Aggarwal, CEO Veative Labs, said:
"We see this as a natural extension of what Veative has been about from the very beginning, helping students to thrive. This partnership with Dev Clever opens up exciting opportunities to help st
