let's be honest, we all know what the Tory Boys are like with their city friends.
if the government is looking at this app to save their skin after a poor dealing of the C19 crisis and a way to manage people without being seen as to hands-on they will totally use it.
while getting the deal sorted their mates in the city will be filling their boots ready for the announcement as its a safe bet.
this could explain the large volume of trades and the constant selling of small shares to keep the price down while they load and move money around.
if the gov is going to announce I imagine it would be the middle to end of next week, once we have the sh*t show of this weekend happen when the brits go mental in pubs and hairdressers.
That does seem more than likely, obviously Guy had to be tight lipped in recent interviews but you can tell that he can't wait to discuss the up coming contracts/agreements but of course until those RNS's hit he isn't allowed to say much but looking at the volume this week it would seem that there are some big contact news about to be released!
EDIT:
In relation to the C19 App, it appears that due to the way it needs to be managed central governments and health services need to be involved, then he (Guy) was very happy to suggest that already there are talks under way with this, would could indicate the UK gov and other govs are in advance talks to fund this.
imagine if the EU put in cash, with a population of 446 million that is a lot of money.
