You should have my average at .7 i could invest to get it down but already got nearly 20k in it.
In any case its difficult to get any kind of volume.
I will have to disagree about the company going bust (although there's always a risk) as the major shareholder always seems willing to provide loans or swap debt for shares at a premium
:-)
A stockbroker once told me he reckoned that AIM should carry a health warning: “shares on AIM may fall as well as well as plummet“...
No worries KnigelK. I've had far worse ;)
Personally I have never minded selling up at a loss on shares that are performing badly. Usually best to then leave well alone (as you have advised in the past). However this share has always remained beguiling for some reason, although I still have absolutely no idea whether it will ever amount to anything. I remain in the red by about £1500 from previous positions, plus the 5 million I now hold are about £1000 down (taking the bid price as the best I could get). But if I had still held the 5 million or so I had at 0.65p I would be about £24k down, so I have no regrets about being in and out here.
However at some point it may rocket at a point when I'm out, which is a risk, but unlikely and balanced by the not insignificant chance that this company may go bust in the not too distant future. They need to come up with something pretty soon IMHO, not least to allay the growing suspicion that this is a complex and bold operation(in its visibility if you care to look) to steam clean money in the Alps.
LtdAxis, apologies, it was a bit of a flippant remark - anyone who invests in the AIM sector is usually (nine times out of ten) after an quick buck - there are few shares worth holding for years on end. With CLP - I still consider it a long term hold due to a) the share price fall makes it difficult for me to sell now and b) there is still quite a few claims In the works and several decent high growth investments (imo). I am convinced this will be a lot higher - I just don't know when!
KNigelK: spot on. I don’t hold myself up as a shining light in the AIM pit.
I agree RKB that I don’t think they will sell, and we probably had to have that clause because shares are below nominal value, although it won’t be the first time our bod has overlooked something important .
Btw it was a dummy sell to see how many they would take . You can add to that total 1222373 @0.1875 I picked up last week.
It's almost as if he is a wannabe investor trying to make an quick buck :-))
Re-visit ForCrowd
I have posted recently some thoughts on ForCrowd and I have said that I do not think they will exercise their “lock-in” clause where they can sell €40,000 worth of shares and if they sell for less than 0.3483p then the Company will make-up 90% of their actual loss.
But there is a possibility that things could change because there is a clause that I have overlooked. When ForCrowd were regulated in Italy (I believe 13/06/19) they have to begin within 6 months, “The equity crowdfunding platform Forcrowd must start the portal manager activity within six months of the aforementioned authorisation. The platform will specialise in finding equity for SMEs, even non-innovative ones.”
Now FG said in the RNS 3/10/19 “Test phases are due to be successfully completed in the next two months, with the first crowdfunding operation expected to be launched in December 2019.”
So starting portal manager activity could be “testing” or it could be “live” so there is a deadline of about Friday 13th December 2019 to get this up and running. Now if the platform is not functioning what does that mean? Would it not have been wiser to have the “lock-in” period beginning say from 16th December?
ForCrowd have from 15th November to 15th December to unload a few shares, possibly about 18 million or about 3% of our Company. Will they? I still do not think so and I think they will retain all their shares (well I am an optimist)

PS Hello Oneknows, were you banned recently as you “disappeared” ? (one knows as one has contacts)
PPS LtdAxis if you had sold your 3,811,078 (1m, 1m, 1,311,078 and 500,00) then you would have received £7,050.49 (before charges) and your costs (before charges) were £7,291.05. Which would have been a small loss of about £240.55(One Knows)
