averaging down. Just need good timing to 'catch a falling knife'
FTSE 250 is having a wobble, let's see what the PM brings. Not a lot of positivity today across the board. My other share AML is having a shocker and I did think IAG would be higher. You never know here and those in the know won't let on
Good luck. Cause that's what it is...luck
I’m same
Iv done the whole fat finger thing I bought a dummy buy by mistake haha 76p, sold at loss tho on the way down because I had a feeling it was going to fall much further
Yh somewhere in the 50s looks a solid entry point imo
If I’m able to get in in the 50s I will be able to pick up more shares than I originally had even tho selling at a loss on the way down
Yeah, I've been open about it too and not deramping. Missed out on 68p as I sold in error (fat fingers). Really was tempted yesterday but been spiked many times and am now very wary. Range of 56 to 60 should be a decent buffer to be around the bottom and offer room to move up.
A Friday sell off looks on but as I've said I hate people to lose money as I have.

ftse is partially holding onto yesterday's US job gains and the early momentum.
BUT it also nows this was based on data from just before the latest US spikes (plural).
So a partial re-trenching as it will want to anticipate what it thinks the dow will do on Monday.
European optimism is there but the market will start to second guess whether we're building up a US-style spike, albeit slowly, since 1m+ seems quite flimsy.
Will depend on confidence over July 31st opening and whether or not market thinks US is now gaining mask momentum. Texas is now onboard. Florida states/cities are even if governor is still sit-in on the fence.
The Lone Ranger seems to have more problems remembering his lines in press conferences and has headed off in the wrong direction again - presumably off for a big mac and his usual afternoon sleep-in on the Oval office sofa, using the pdb as a makeshift blanket. He always knew it was for something, right?
Too hard to call. Possible delay to mid August. But I suspect US mask momentum has started. Will take time to build and for the effect to outlive the infection lags.
I do blue...
Could well see a sell off into the close
Are You looking to get back in?
Next on the line but who reckons this'll fall off a cliff around lunchtime and in to the afternoon with no US traders coming in?
@LargePiles
I stayed quiet, decided to sleep in till 930 and surprise surprise, your first post today, again about me. Still following me around like a loyal poodle.
You and your 6-7 other cronies were were all talk yesterday. Eat some humble pie.
Agree. PB is off the mark with masks. plenty of research evidence that masks vastly reduce chance of passing on the virus. catch it, kill it, bin it, and wash your hands... works too, but wearing a mask and washing hands regularly is the best option to reduce the spread and contain this. Cannot compare this to seasonal flu.
P Boughton. At the risk of sounding like twatoid... Youre talking cr. P
So masks protect you from people coughing (well it sprays out the side instead of shooting forward), but if you have symptoms then why aren't you at home?
As for breathing, the mask does nothing to help anyone else (likened to trying to stop a mosquito with a chain link fence when talking virus particle sizes) and just collects virus and bacteria next to your face witch you then fiddle with constantly and rub on any surface you can find?
I cannot get my head around the logic on this one. What happened to catch it, kill it, bin it, and wash your hands...
Great stuff!
Great news.. Statewide order to wear masks.
Finally some serious measures.
