Because it is now a financial instrument, you can only list with a share price equivalent to revenue on the company’s books.
Roddersby, SB owns one third of the shares of CICCapital, he is motivated to get CICCapital listed at a good price,
My first manager in my long London banking career had a degree in Geography lol.
Seems that I need to take NADOVIM to Upgrade My Brain and ASEA Redox to get my cells talking productively again so that I might live long enough to see CIC Capital listed again.
I could also toddle along to the New York Center for Innovative Medicine and get some BioCharger Therapy so that I live another 69 years. Darn......I will have to go back to work again.

Ask Stuart. Why would easyJet take on a marketing manager from a confectionarycompany. Experience in management would be my answer.
"Capital will list as will the large Pharmaceutical company with 3 of CIC directors on the board"
Why would a large Pharma company have three CIC directors on its board?
What can they contribute to a Pharma company?
In the prospectus and in SB’s updates.
Joe......please provide us with a list of directors and the source of your information about this pharma company.
& I doubt there's many that would take Broadley's word for it either.
You can always call SB, he always answers shareholders. Don’t take my word for it.
CICCapital, the company, has only been going since 2019 as the circulars stated. The prospectus for the previous company was passed, but they were told by the regulator that as they were now a finance company with the introduction of securitisation, they had to requalify as a Finance company, and fill out a new prospectus, which you can read on the web-site. It wasn’t all bull. They are waiting for audited accounts. The listing process will not need to be restarted. Capital will list as will the large Pharmaceutical company with 3 of CIC directors on the board. I understand the frustration as shared by all, however, progress is being made.
