I know most of us are on the same side but it's just a bit cringe.

Well there was a nice 100k buy about 20 mins ago but there was also a £120k sell an hour before that. Plenty of other fairly large buys and sells. Not bad volume. However in fact plenty of liquidity hence the SP settled where it is. MM's are NOT running out of shares.
Look at an intraday chart like on Google Finance. For a low cap, low volume share like BRH you can more or less see every single trade and whether it is a buy or a sell. I can't tell anymore if you lot are just on the ramp or can't see what I see. I should just switch off, set a SP warning and come back when it's over 40. Everyone take an aspirin.
Genuinely interested if anyone has any actual information about BRH to share.

Yes indeed you are correct ! I didn't read further than Barclays and HL as it was Friday 4.55 pm and was on a very nice Red Wine !

Yes 31 are all buys coming through - bargain and just done two small dummy trades to prove my point
£250 buy currently 31 and £250 sell 31.21 so they want your shares! A fair and orderly market lol
IMHO DYOR GLA HOLD
We could hear before. I have TBs words rining in my ear... 1 or 2 months are a very long time in terms of covid. That was in August.
lot buys in RED even now 31.15 are buys and 31 are buys as bid ask stays at 31-32
I expect the rns to land in November that will be a update until then the sp will fluctuate between 30 and 40 lower 30,s at the moment, anyone saying rns could land anytime now is only guessing out loud. If we go up to 60-70 before then that would be great but highly unlikely unless their is a leak which is even more highly unlikely as the test for covid, sepsis and bladder cancer are not even ready to be tested let alone pass or be manufactured. Please also note that on the day of signing the Annual Report, Trevor Brown sold 5,666,574 shares and Vivian Hallam sold 200,000 shares, and I hope these changes were not captured in the Major Shareholders account as well.
Hence, I am unable to get the shares held by major shareholders except the Directors:
Out of the Total BRH Shares of 52,240,340
TB holds 8,641,794 BRH shares &
VH holds 1,408,895 BRH shares.
If you can get some more checks, that would be great.
Then we would be in a position to check shares outstanding to buy, with Nominees Accounts with II & PI splits. In addition to this trading account may give some insight as well.
If any LTH can help this properly assessed, then we can come to a conclusion on a % shares outstanding for sale.

DaProphet,
There is a big discrepancies between the major shareholders stated in the BRH Annual Report & Accounts 2021, which was signed by Trevor E Brown on 17-Jun-2021 and that was stated in the Sharecast.com
Please clarify which was correct.
PS: It seems that Sharecast.com didn’t update the latest major shareholders with greater than or equal to 3%
Thanks,
bbrq648
Bbrq648...
List of major shareholders listed here. Not sure if its recent accounts though..
https://www.sharecast.com/equity/Braveheart_Investment_Group/director-deals
DaProphet,
The official website will only display large shareholders with greater than or equal to 3% of the total shares, in our case. Any shareholders below 3% will not be displayed.
This is the case, but exceptional errors can be made in any display of large shareholders, due to not updating the large shareholders based on the latest annual report.
BRH didn’t publish one for the last current tax year. If they have, please let me know the path.
Thanks,
Kind Regards,
bbrq648
You should usually be able to find out information of large shareholdings of the said company on their official website.
Yes thats right they just act as a broker so to speak. Take no notice of SK.. Reminds me of a hyperactive child at a WWE event. The biggest ramper on LSE.
Sorry I am a newbie so not to fussed to ask the question.. are you saying that the likes of Barclays and Hargreaves are more just a holding platform for the shares rather than having anything to do with the shares minus the latter ? As I cant find this information saying the are invested. Cheers for the clear up in advance.
