SWP:
· The Company has continued to progress the key strategic pursuit of exploration drilling in the SWP. A risked portfolio has been generated consisting of over a dozen shallow and deep prospects and leads. These range in size from an estimated 20mmbbl up to 400mmbl with the potential for stacked vertical targets. The Company intends to drill a risked portfolio of prospects commencing with a well in Q3 2019.
· The first planned well targets a Middle Cruse reservoir quality test within the area covered by existing Certificate of Environmental Compliance approvals.
· Following the completion of the first well, the Company may seek third parties to farm-in to the SWP when justified by cost and/or risk sharing.

Predator benefits from a Well Participation Agreement with FRAM Exploration Trinidad Ltd ("FRAM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Columbus, whereby Predator will help plan and fund the Pilot CO2 EOR in return for 100% recovery of its project costs from Pilot CO2 EOR profits from oil sales, and thereafter 50% of all profits attributable to the Pilot CO2 EOR. As part of the agreement with FRAM, Predator has the right (until 30 September 2020) to acquire FRAM's interest (the "Interest") in the Inniss-Trinity field for US$4.2m.
rossannan - Pure C02 is not a visible gas so you'll have a long wait rossannan but whilst waiting perhaps you should read PRD rns where they give ACTUAL RESULTS of progress to date - not too much hype in those figures but it's early days and PRD are paying the costs of development so not much to worry about ( unless you're worried PRD might up their recent $1.75 million offer for this small part of the ex- CERP portfolio ha ha ! )

CO2 is like waterflood - believe it if you see it but don’t buy into the hype. We never did see waterflood, as it turned out. I wouldn’t hold too much hope out for CO2.
….. could be invaluable to BPC :)

Operational Update CO2 EOR Trinidad
Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (Predator), the Jersey-based Oil and Gas Company with operations in Trinidad, Morocco and Ireland, is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries ("MEEI") has given a WO1 Approval Notification for the restoration, by means of a well workover, of the AT-5X CO2 injection well to oil production.
Approval has also been granted by the MEEI to commence injecting CO2 into the AT-13 well in the AT-4 Block in the Inniss-Trinity field.
As announced previously, approval has also been granted by the MEEI for the commissioning and use of Predator's dedicated CO2 Recovery system at the FRAM Exploration Gathering Station #4 in the Inniss-Trinity field.
Paul Griffiths, Chief Executive of Predator, commented:
"The announcement today completes the approval procedures necessary for entering into the extended phase of CO2 injection and simultaneous oil production for the Pilot CO2 EOR Project. We are pleased to have progressed matters to completion despite the COVID-19 constraints. We are demonstrating our ability to work together with our excellent in-country team of partners to maintain operational progress through adversity to deliver results."
