Thanks RK. Will be interesting to understand their product pricing in relation to Vanadium pricing, or if they offer a long term lease. I think I saw mention of a 100 Euro Part Exchange at end of life of unit, (seemed slightly low to me).
Or the other way! Or even together! Who knows....
The market potential in the UK is easily as strong going forward as Germany, France and many other first tier European countries.
There are multiple companies installing solar and Lithium Ion storage systems in the UK, but no VRFB systems. This is one huge hole in the market.
If people really new the limitations and real life expectancy as well as the potential fire risks, they would truly reconsider what they purchased. The issue in the Uk is there is no alternative today!
Voltstorage needs a VIP investment to help it expand!
You might be buying one from an Alfacomp company before then!
On the subject of UK supply and prices to the UK. I had contact with Jakob Bitner the CEO. Currently they have so much demand in Sothern Germany, Switzerland and Austria, they are not yet ready to expand out to the rest of Europe. However, I know that when they do I will here from Jakob. I will share more when I know more. But they are selling more than they can make! Good sign, I would say!
Cheers, RK

@RichKen. I do like the sound of those Voltstorage smart home units. I wondered if you have had a quote yet on a unit?
Nice one Cowboyinvester!
Voltstorage are the largest supplier by the number of units, of Vanadium Redox Flow Battery systems in Europe over the last 6 months! Their units are typically 1.5kW / 6.8kWh.
The perfect rival to the power Teslawall, except it, lasts 10 years with no drop off of capacity - but expect a life of 20 to 30 years! https://voltstorage.com/en/voltstorage-smart-home-battery/
Now I wonder who supplies the electrolyte - it would be a great VIP partner!
Coming to the UK soon!
VoltStorage?
Question for Bushy shareholders:
Can any name apart from Alfacomp the company who has delivered the most VRFB installations in Europe in the last 6 months?
Keep the guesses coming!
Cellcube enerox for me
Enerox?
Yes Alfa, the UK currently apart from REDt has no sales and service offerings for VRFB industry. But it will not be long and there should be some new businesses appearing I would expect.

exactly RK - the whole energy storage sector is going to become very important in the next 20 years and those looking in here are in the massively fortunate position of being a long way ahead of everyone else. There are many opportunities to be part of both the BMN and worldwide energy storage story and those with any ambition should give some serious consideration to the sector.
Bassguy, as UK shareholders in Bushveld Minerals - that is not possible! For reasons which you might understand!
But other options are possible in the industry..... ;-) 4.5million plus ...
I'm sure there will be some sort of grant for a start-up company and loads of tax incentives for R & D
I'm in - I have a full chrome/vanadium socket set waiting to be used !!
GLA
bassguy - nope I'm leaving that option open to everyone else - so get stuck in guys.
Bushveld Energys UK distributor perchance Alfacomp ;)
Need a gofer?
Raz10 - make that 4.5 million and one as I am going to be joining their ranks with a new business startup.
