AJW - could you get in touch with me when you have time. I have an idea I want to run by you. Email can be found here: https://twitter.com/Only1Holyroller - Thanks.
“Hargreaves Lawnsdown seems to make voting the easiest. IG is postal votes but has lower trade fees.“
So did ii, few minutes.
Second resolution AJW I have to think about it. Auditing does not sound as bad. Simply because £12 millions disappeared with nothing to show except the share price down from 17p to about 2p.
With Amati and the directors holdings along with smaller funds the vote would be tight.
It really is PI's that could decide this vote. Whatever your decision everybody should vote.
Brent is $74.52. Success at WR-B1 will be transformational for the company and shareholders.
MP
That is ridiculous, take your business elsewhere.
Hargreaves Lawnsdown seems to make voting the easiest. IG is postal votes but has lower trade fees.
Just got a reply from LSE:
Please be advised to vote on a shareholding held in our nominee we will require confirmation of the account numbers you wish to vote on please and a fee of £20+VAT will apply per meeting, per account for proxy services.
Thieves everywhere wanting to steal our money, the only time I'll be using Jarvis again will be to sell and say goodbye!
I mailed my proxy form to info@bloe and W. McAvcok the CFO replied! They couldn't find me on the share register so told me to send it on to my broker. So I am now waiting very patiently for LSE to reply!!
I tried emailing on IG for a vote on another share, I received a response back days later after past the 7 day window, asking for a signed proxy form to be posted.
HL nice and easy. One minute phone call to vote against!
Or you can just email ig at Corpactions@iggroup.com with your decision

I have a friend who wants to vote against gpj his stocks are on ig markets……anyone know how I can advise him?
That is correct staypositive. The fact these guys want to screw with my children’s inheritance without a care for anything but their own pocket has me greasing down the M16.
magicpuppy I suspect that they want to delay the drill as if, and I expect it will be, a good result then that decreases their chances of taking over the company even more. I can’t really see any other reason apart from they think it is a certainty of a dud and they don’t want the company wasting the money on it. For me it has to be one or the other and I know what I believe. I said yesterday I am extremely disgruntled at the performance of the BOD, it has been dreadful. If the SP was 7-8p would we be in this mess? Posters on here can put together a better RNS than what they have, and i’m not talking about making it up just the general writing of it.
I’m with you I am not happy about the communication surrounding 16az, actually they were abysmal, but these guys are not the solution for me. GL all…
Yes I agree MP, this should have been done back in April after the the huge reduction in the gas sales price was announced and then we could all be talking about the drill instead of getting caught up in all this.
Oh I see, I did not mean to call you pwanface. I honestly just read the name as that, my sincere apologies to you pawnsacrifice, I am a little dyslexic i'm afraid (I copy and posted your name this time to make sure I got it right)
Sorry about that. Yes I will email them, a simple rebuttal confirming they have been straight and met the requirements of AIM and MIR was all I was suggesting.
Geowiz from past companies they have taken over they bully themselves into positions then pay themselves ridiculous fees whilst asset stripping and asking for retainers……they make more money this way than the share price going up…..I think everyone knows their game now and they will lose the vote for sure…..imho
You started it with "pawnface" gherkin. You just don't like it back.
If you're really after having them put out the info you want then you could try emailing and asking.
My email to info@blockenergy.co.uk was answered really quick yesterday so guess they're manning it at the mo. Might be a good time to chew their ear so to speak?
Cperkin,
I am not happy about the comms surrounding 16az but how does it benefit most shareholders to remove the board in the middle of a potential "game changing" drill with a supposed 75% cos? If you're a disgruntled share holder why not propose these changes after the drill? Why would anyone want to delay drilling WR-B1 when this was what the placement was for.
MP
Another one that just wants to shut down any meaningful debate then Thistimenextweek the self appointed BB police who just chuck insults at anyone that dares to raise a question about the 74 year old chairman.
i have chased my broker for the ability to support the board.
Why would this 5% crew be any less keen to see the SP rise than the rest of us? I don’t get the argument at all, surely some scepticism of the boards decision making is warranted given the shambles of the last 18 months.
Wow ok, you clearly can't take the debate or feel threatened by the discussion
Never mind
Well I'm sorry gherkin but not everything's about you.
Maybe pawnface but it glaringly missing in their RNS response and unlike it seems most here, I have not made my mind up yet which way to vote and this would at least be a simple and strong rebuttal, the fact the board have not done so just makes me more suspicious of what is really going on and leans me the other way.
