Only death and taxes are a cert Count. I've been disappointed before...on a grand scale.

you've been invested here alot longer than roley ? you sure count lol
It's just the way I see it anyway....it makes perfect sense doesn't it? Dentsu are a vast organisation who are in with bidstack. They can all scratch each other's backs and make loads of money. Bidstack wouldn't be building such a large workforce and employing these big names if they didn't have a serious titan to fall back on....would they? Anyway..presume Iain Conn will disappoint Centrica investors tomorrow morning again.
Promises, promises......
And I was in rather early on this one too.... Just hoping that early promise comes through...
Who is to say you didn't..... Just kidding.
If i had inside information...I'd have loaded up on these at 5p.
Helx, I am beginning to sound like you have 'inside information' in that you are so adamant that Detsu are/have paid Bids £6m.
I hope you are correct but not good for you if you are spot on!!!
Thats Dracula for you.... threatening behaviour
Thanks bob. I will be right. Looking forward to your kind gift.
As I have stated on here before, calamari is a 'wrong un', best to give a wide berth
calamari, its interesting to go back and re read some of the interim report, and notice that you stopped short in quoting the full sentence you refer to from the Chairman, which was...
`As I anticipated almost six months ago, the Board continues to expect the Group to be cash flow negative in the second half of 2019 but believes that market expectations for 2019 revenues remain achievable, revenues are expected to grow significantly in 2020 propelling the Group towards material profitability in 2021.`
Also I thought this operational highlight bullet point was also of interest to our general conversation on here lately...
· Generation of first true programmatic revenue following test spends with advertising clients at the end of the period;
So confirms that revenue has been incoming since the end of June.
Helx, if you right, I'll send you a tray of my best "piano" polyanthus...
As was alluded to in JD`s `example` in the May interview, its not a cash payment as such, its a trade deal.
An advertising spend kitty by an agency who want Bids to allocate to ads within games.
`` and in order that we can service something of that amount of demand we would at the same time announce a bunch of games as well which that advertising spend could be run through.``
JD`s words exactly.
Be interested to know which ads you've seen Baking?
Watched some on twitch last night and could see lots on the french feeds but not as much on the UK ones.
Sorry to doubt you helx, you've provided very good evidence as to why you're right.
Just checked twitter "FactcheckUK" and everything you've said is true :-/
This is the case. You'll see.
Helx - As we discussed yesterday even if Dentsu had made a £6m payment to Bidstack they wouldn't be able to recognise it all as revenue in the year.
Q4 was supposed to be a news rich period was it not? lootgaloot
No it was not, Q3 was the news rich period, Q4 is the `all systems go` start where what they have been building up to gets underway.
Thats not to say that Q4 wont have any news, just that Q3 was identified as a high news flow period, which it was.
For goodness sake lootgaloot.....Dentsu and bidstack are working alongside each other,as both companies will do really well out of the technology. You don't think bidstack are going to take a 6m quid payment, then close their office and JD along with the board and 50ish employees jump on a plane to the med...never to be seen again do you?
Mate not made
Hives, what we want to hear and what the company are willing or perhaps able to tell are two different things made...
Is it frustrating... like hell it is.
Can l affect it ... not one blind jot
Nobody just hands over £6m in advance of future business. Get real.
Hivedoff...the 6m quid will be coming directly from dentsu....as a down payment on future advertising inventory. Bidstack hopefully will have sourced other avenues of income in this period. Nina Mackie is very good in sales. It'll all come good. Give it time.
I’ve got all that Bob, but where is there a shred of evidence that new games have been landed and advertisers are paying to be in them. In other words what games, and which advertisers? I would have expected to have some evidence of this by now, certainly if forecasts are to met, do you not agree?
