Bottomz you did say a few months back that a raise would likely not be needed. Revs would kick in before that was needed.
Question we have to ask is and this is uncomfortable. If the company is valued at £16 mill and the tech is so good, why has no one come in to take BIDS out?
I thought they would get bought out. Now its easy to swallow them. Others are developing in this area... they can't be ahead we have a head count over 60.
If BIDS gets bought, likely, you then get shares in a company that makes a profit and has a better management than here.
I wonder what fantastic excuse Bottmzup will have for not seeing this calamitous drop in share price from a mile away.
" Could have placed when SP was 12p"
I very much doubt it Monkfish6
..the City tells them the price...not the other way round...
They didn't place for the same reason we didn't all sell! Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Only need to go up just over 200% to be back up to 12p...
This company is utter dog muck. Could have placed when SP was 12p. The BOD knew the state of play re sales etc at that time - knew another raise was going to be necessary so why would they not place then. It stinks.
Only 25% until Bids will be 2.9 and still a placing needs to take place. You cannot knock the directors selling at 20p, They knew what was in the books!!!
Its a disgrace that JD will not address his investors.
That'll cheer all the people up who thought 5p was a bargain personA.
Nevermind 3s @ 2.5-2.9 that’s where is see the value with the built in risk and figures.
The Directors have shown their wisdom by selling a shed load when they were 20p. Tells us everything unfortunately. They are the ones who should know what shape the company is really in...although after the latest trading update, we can all see the diabolical state of things. Ftse steadily rising nicely though.
I think that's very credible.
