Why’s this not an rns? Good news surely
Is this the Httpool https://www.httpool.com/ in which case looks good. Not sure what GIMA does, looks like 4 blokes on a beach https://www.apollo.io/companies/GIMA-Group--Inc-/5da462002750710001407ff8?chart=count
Httpool.
Is that Hartlepool Bob?
Once upon a time, this would have been rns!
Makes me wonder!
Nice find.

Not sure the Board can hold back on a raise. My estimate is next March/April.
They have hired a good number of additional people and the costs must be through £600k a month.
Key is still revenues and monetising the current inventory.
One thing he has to do is hold off on the next raise. Has to get more contract revs lined up for that otherwise he will crater the stock. I think the raise would be a fair way down the line. That is one positive to take.
Have you been foolish enough to average down a tad helx ?
Twist what you like Hivedoff....I'm merely giving you a dose of reality for free.
You refer to your self as a fool helx, so there are some things can agree on!
But why would anyone want to take advise or listen to anything a self confessed fool has to say? By your own admission you often get these things wrong...
It could be amazing R11111, but after those interim results, the great fund raising event AND the sound of silence playing in the background .....I'd say 4p is highly likely. Don't forget there may be another fund raising event in a few months time, which will no doubt come with promises of much jam tomorrow. I continue to hold my shares that i foolishly bought in the mid 20's.
Ah bless you Helx. What is the obsession with 4p? Surely if it is such a bad company then the shares are effectively worthless. If it is that bad, then come next spring, it will run out of cash and will go bust...A valuation of c.2/3 of today's value would hardly seem logical.
Which leads me to the question, which I am not sure you have ever answered. Do you think Bidstack has a compelling product to offer to the market or do you think it is a waste of time? And if it does have a compelling product, why will it be worth 4p?
Let's hope so Helx...we can buy some more...you still holding?
Patience is the key!.....yeh, I like that one R11111. Similar to doing the lottery ever week and keep telling yourself you'll win soon. What a joke this is....and 4p is getting closer every day.
I am not over concerned with the silence. JD took an absolute hammering last year for over communication and I quite frankly dont blame him. If I were him I would be keeping as quiet as possible and just gettting on with the job in hand.
If revenues were likely to be hugely out of kilter with expectation, either way, then there would be the requiremnt to advise the market. This would not seem to be the case. The SP naturally slips with no news, shareholders get bored of waiting and start to sell, that encourages others to do the same as they see the SP coming down...it really means nothing. I think the key is not to panic, you might end up regretting it.
I think patience is the key. It has never been a quick win...
If everything is on track (as they have reiterated on a few occasions), then there isn't that much more to say.
Don't forget this is a tiny, largely single product company. They aren't likely to be signing deals, left, right and centre and therefore what more can they state unless they give a constant update stating that they are still on track...
If they aren't anywhere near being on track then obviously there is an issue and it is probably a dog of a company, but given the news in the last few weeks, then there would seem to be progress.
I know it is frustrating as everyone wants to know how things are going, particularly when the SP slides as it currently is, but I am not sure what exactly they can add. The SP at the moment doesn't really matter, in the long-term, it will be either 0 (i.e. the company simply was a dog and runs out of cash and can't raise any more), or it is likely to go several times higher, but that could take a good while.
They used to be brilliant at communicating, it's such a shame this has happened.
Cheapsharesboy,
That's the £10M question, why the silence? I suppose if they are only going to hit "expected" H2 revenue, just going steady eddy, then there is no need. Anything significant would require an undate. If things are not good then silence is golden. So by y/e SP up 10-20% on "expected" or down 50% on jam tomorrow.
So much potential yet huge risk
Communications is abysmal
Why the silence?
It is normal?
Is it because they are failing?
Or because they are just getting along with the business?
