That information is commercially sensitive, and would be too easy for competitors to undercut if it was in the public domain...that`s IF competitors could replicate exactly what Bids do, programmatic `native` in-game advertising within graphically realistic games....which they can`t!
Fair play.
Multiple accounts nothing to do with me drinky.
What ever I say on here I would say to some ones face.
I am not gutless!!
I guessed it was above Girdz level of comment. Although he was trying to say something similar last week. Filtered.
Just Helx 1 having a bit of a laugh - def one to filter out.
How low is your IQ pal?
FUD is an ackronym for Fear Uncertainty Doubt.
H1 2020 revenue: £276k
H1 2021 revenue: £820k (x2.97)
YE 2020 revenue: £1.695m
YE 2021 revenue: £5m+ (following the same x2.97 metric)
Most importantly - DYOR
Ehrr.. please, what's a FUD spreader?
These are 3 absolutely essential questions...
dont talk such piffle, you`re examining this NET NEW (thats NEW!!) advertising concept like its a gizmo manufacturer. Jeez I give up.
Go and do more research and look in to why Bids use the term `Native` for your USP question, and while you`re at it search back about 6 months for the Broker Note which I believe is now out of date due to yesterdays step change RNS.
I can see me adding another green band here.
sensetalka,
Thank you for your reasoned replies, it's a shame others prefer noisy blowback to similar courtesy. I too have been trying to find out what revenue an average ad campaign might generate, times number of clients, might give possible guesstimate for YE revenue but no luck so far.
Bottomzup, GFIN are actually an esports AND digital media business. I wasn't directly comparing them to BIDS, just using their progress as a comparison for how sometimes huge growth in revenue isn't enough. If you wasn't so emotional and defensive you would have realised that.
Do these have a USP then, i know there's other companies operating in this space i.e. Adverty but how do BIDS set themselves apart from the competition?
In terms of revenue forecast, has the broker here not provided anything? Do you or anyone on this chat have any of your own projections?
Is there any news on the horizon which would act as a catalyst for the share price?
These are 3 absolutely essential questions, if you don't know the answer it's fine (you just obviously don't go into the level of research I do - which is fine) just don't be rude. I am asking genuine questions because I would like to learn.
How ignorant.
GFIN is not an in-game advertising company, they are an eSports business...different sub-sector of the gaming world.
Admix`s games are like cartoons, Bidstacks back catalogue has always been real world and real life graphics.
The key word to describe the Bids offering is `native`, you won`t find that word in the Admix solution because they only describe themselves as `non intrusive`...which Bidstack have also always been anyway because of the fact they provide dynamic, targeted and automated native in-game advertising for the global video games industry across multiple platforms.
How patronizing.
I'm genuinely interested here, like I said. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be here and if I was deramping for a cheaper entry I wouldn't admit to being interested.
I've succesfully and unsuccessfully invested in plenty of AIM companies so I know what works for me and what doesn't. I like BIDS as a concept and I can see the growth potential but will they or when will they actually turn a profit. That is a key thing for me which I am trying to work out.
Take Gfinity for example, esports company on AIM, revenues rose for years and years yet SP went nowhere because the losses got bigger and bigger, it has now adjusted its business model, focusing on higher margin activities and gross profit is up 267% - and that's on LESS REVENUE. My point being that revenue growth isn't necessarily the driver of a good business.
I believe what I posted was a set of fair and balanced observations of where BIDS currently are and a reasonable list of questions any would-be investor should be considering before making a purchase.
Either you know the answers to these and so can help me or you don't, in which case please don't patronise me or put me into a FUD spreader category, I am far from it.
Why don’t you answer Sensatalks questions head of PR.
Great post btw waddawe know
None of them will answer specifically.
sensetalka, I think a net new ad category AIM stock is not for you, I`d stick to Greggs or similar and go buy some sausage rolls.
As the other thread suggests, this sector is on a major growth trajectory, so if you don`t think Bids is worth investing at a £20m m/c then I`d invest elsewhere.
Have Admix or the other players issued forward looking revenue forecasts? Expected new games? Expected impressions? .....NO, because its the nature of the beast.
Just another FUD poster trying to get in lower because of the potential.
Well, I have performed a horizontal and vertical analysis of the last 2 years accounts and read back through a few RNS's.
On the negative, gearing is increasing as is the total debt ratio - not great. The company gross profit margin has reduced by half also and not only has the CEO sold shares but they've recently lost a finance director, at such a vital time in the business that has to ring alarm bells. Cash burn is high as you would expect but still it's an issue with admin costs increasing significantly Y/Y. There doesn't appear to be a USP either from what I can tell (could be wrong on that) and the chart is not really showing me that it has begun an uptrend.
On the positive side revenue has increased by approximately 10-fold and these are operating in one of the fastest growing sectors on the planet. They can scale up very easily and at minimal cost. The CEO retains a 4% interest in the company which is good and directors have recently purchased shares. the accounts are backwards looking so not necessarily an indicator of where this could go which is why its important for me to understand what the monetary value of some of these deals is or at least have an idea of it so can project profitability., otherwise it will just be raise after raise.
There's an overview of what I have found, I wont go into heavy detail.
I'm very slow and very thorough getting into a new investment so that I have the conviction to hold through any potential turbulence but I need to be absolutely convinced. I am sure the potential here is staggering just that it may be too early in the companies journey to invest if that makes sense.
May make a better (not necessarily cheaper) investment in a year or 2. We'll see, hopefully some of the people who have been around for a long time will have a full handle on this and be able to help me with the questions regarding USP and anticipated newsflow etc..

sensetalka,
I've just asked drinky01, Bottmzup and jabberba if they can help answer your questions. If they do you are then honour bound to explain what research you refer to. Quid pro quo, honour amongst hungry capitalists and all that
Hi drinky01, Bottmzup, jabberba,
sensetalka has just asked some reasonable questions, would you be able to help answer them? Namely:-
1 What is the USP please?
2 Are they likely to grow revenue at least 10x again in this next financial year, anyone have any idea how much the deals these have made are worth? or a price per add or some kind of metric where a forecast for profitability can be made.
3 Is there any news on the horizon which would act as a catalyst for the share price?
I like to read all posts, doing my DD on these so it's valuable to see all opinions.
Done quite a bit of research on this company over past 48hrs, I won't share it as it's not all great and I don't want to be accused of deramping but what I will say that the potential here is staggering so I can understand why people have invested at this early stage and I am very interested myself.
Couple of questions which would help me have a clear understanding of the proposition here if anyone can help:
What is the USP please?
Are they likely to grow revenue at least 10x again in this next financial year, anyone have any idea how much the deals these have made are worth? or a price per add or some kind of metric where a forecast for profitability can be made.
Is there any news on the horizon which would act as a catalyst for the share price?
Thanks to anyone who helps, I'll continue to research in the background.
No one agrees with you Girdz. That’s why we are invested. You sound less scared now but you still shake don’t you. Pathetic weasel!
I’m not Sloane you fool.
It’s just some people share the same opinion.
Ever thought about that?
No one cares what you think Girdz. You can see by the absolute lack of likes on your posts. Most receiving non at all. You lost the crowd long ago pal. You chose the route of slating JD in 99% of your posts and in 80% of the ones you do as Sloane! Same words in a different order! WEASEL
If you have filtered head of PR why do you keep commenting. You have made the decision not to read. That’s fine. Others may be a bit more grounded than you and like to read everything.
Why Are your trying to censor and control the board?
Sort of proves my point about you being Head of PR at bidstack
Stop pretending you are onside Girdz. We have all had to listen to your panic for years. And as for making bull**** up on here about what I said????? Pathetic weasel!
