it's normal to be stuck around the placing price for some time, especially after such a massive placing.... just give it time
I'm not selling, if I did the following day would be a 50% rise! Lithium prices appear to be rising on a daily basis with plenty of headroom before threatening previous highs. The motor industry as well as Governments are announcing the death of ICE cars much earlier than predicted only a few years ago. My only concern is that BCN sticks to Schedule, something they don't have a great reputation of achieving amongst posters
@Si90 - agree, and there are similarities because 50% ownership of Ganfeng and CZ govt respectively.
Things to tilt in EMH favour - The large Tin resource(this is basically a tin mine with Li as byproduct) and perhaps region slighty more predictable (esp with govt backing).
Think this will come good, he tells himself for the umpteenth time! still a fair bit of churn here since the placing
Im doing super-well with EMH but this pup is just stuck in the swamp -- secker needs to take his constipation medicine I think !
Hi Si90!
The quick answer? Because AIM is like an impatient toddler. It loves listening to a "hope" (hype?) story, but it isn't so good at maths and waiting.
AIM is full of the most horrendous overvaluations and undervaluations. If you're into platinum group metals, explain to me the complete overvaluation of EUA, and the ridiculous undervaluations of SLP and (even more so) Tharisa (THS)? (You could buy both these highly profitable producers for the market cap of this Russian explorer with only a tiny officially announced resource).
Short term comparisons are pointless, EMH had to give 51% to CEZ have they given away to much?
I hold both EMH and BCN and I believe anyone holding med - long term will multi multi bag from here. I will not be surprised to see them both hitting £4 - £5 a share when production starts.
Can anyone please explain why EMH market cap is now higher than BCN? I’m not saying EMH is not worth it, but they have no offtake agreements, funding to build the mine not sorted?
What is going on here? Have we given too much away to gangfeng?
