sorry spell check, just.
Hi hamsters, i'm jut happy Brockham is in the picture again producing income to help with expenses. Does anyone want to buy 400 barrels of oil for starters lol!
BV. It is a pity they could not tag an update on SBY at the same time?
Good find MasksNewNorm cheers for the post. They are putting their money where they expect a bigger return I think that is what we try to do also that is why I am in Angus
Eithe way what's done is done, at least the oil is in production again, SBY update next.
And btw, the 10.29% to 0% took months to clear.
BV/Stockbob, here is another TR-1 from 10.29% to 0%
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/MSMN/holdings-in-company-suw5ghjdnpg4ysb.html
it is the company's job...
Stockbob, no.
I have seen this many times. Lots of TR-1s going straight from more than 10% to 0%. The placed the order to sell a large amount (or the whole lot) and they do not know where the percentage is until the Broker gets back to tell them that the trade is completed.
Researched where the seller have been buying. They’ve been buying CEG TR1 along with a string of deep pockets including a billionaire. £1:57m cap 350+BOPD cash cow. Buying off the radar. DYOR guys. They sold here and bought in CEG at 18 times less market cap and x7 more production
Either way Yanis i'm glad to see the back of them,I guess the website will be updated shortly.
JH, I'm glad they are out if they wanted Angus to accept the SoU offer.
BV, you can go from 12% to 0% legally if you place an order with an MM to sell the whole lot. You only have to declare when the trade is completed.
My guess is they have been offloading into volume, probably since Sound withdraw.
Look the company up yannis. It is not fitting in with the sustainable investment criteria IMO. And they have been sold. So they are gone. Happy Monday all.
JH, yes but you cannot just go from 12% to 0% in 1 day without breaking rules. If you are offloading 150m shares the stages are usually issued with an RNS.
TR-1 RNS
There is evidently a couple of major shareholders getting out, Jersey have declared, more to come ????? Why ???
Weren't GP Jersey the ones who supported the sale to Sound?
GP, what do you read in to this RNS?
BV, they were involved since the funding for Saltfleetby was arranged. The SP has been at this level a couple of times since. They cleared out now - why?
Is there a logical explanation for this?
So G.P. (Jersey) have sold their entire (12.08%) holding in Angus. Perhaps they've become disenchanted with onshore UK oil and gas but the timing certainly looks a bit odd when one considers what's going on at SFB, and now at Brockham. I vaguely recall that the people behind G.P. (Jersey) and / or Forest Nominees were previously involved with Union Jack and had an involvement in West Newton and Biscathorpe. They withdrew from those assets too some time ago.
Yanis, look on the bright side their's 12% more shares for top ups, go on Yanis lol!
Read the B loody RNS Date of Threshhold 19th May THURSDAY
Johnhenry, you talk a load of crap, prove they sold out on Thursday, and to be honest i'm not bothered who sells to bank a profit.
