From what I've read, I can't imagine BOD have many supporters. Yet Crystal Amber clearly feel they need to build a large % to oust them. Just wonder how much more they want to buy and when they will demand EGM.
I for one am not in support of the board. They’ve treated the company like a cash machine effectively leaving investors out to dry.
If you take Hawkeye out of the equation I think CA know how valuable federated wireless could be - and they don’t want the current board screwing investors over it. Hence the potential board re-shuffle
I've got a couple of questions as I decide whether to invest or not. Grateful for any advice.
According to this link Crystal Amber just need 5% to call EGM

So if CA are still share building I assume they believe that a significant % of other share holders still support BOD?
Also, if resolutions have already (earlier this month) been passed to dispose of Hawkeye and to reduce share capital then why do CA feel the need to continue share building?
Amber upped their holdings to 17+%
Yes a very good RNS from CA - cheers for the heads up
Allied minds is appearing more and more to be the very worst in fat cat mentality.
The company has consistently underperformed and yet the financial rewards for directors etc have been very healthy. I get the feeling CA are about to kick some serious a**e
Crystal amber have just issued an RNS. Worth a read as they are now looking to take over the running of Allied minds.
SP discount to NAV is astonishingly high. They want to address that somehow. The company is massively undervalued.
I topped up again today. I feel this is going to explode sooner rather than later.
Certainly some bold moves from CA over the last few weeks.
And good to see they've clearly got confidence in AM
Any ideas on what their long term goal may be?
looks good. should hopefully see some upwards shift in pricing before long
Bodes well, we just need to get over this churn and some of these big holders show their hand. One thing i am confident about is that CA knows more than me whats going on and he’s buying big...
