Why does AC do weekly placings? Must be short of cash? Shareholders had enough of his bull****. Looks like 1p this week.
There isn’t anything positive that’s impressive, just the ability to raise more cash than the whole £50k a month our board was “negotiating” from Riverfort by CLN.
Neither seem to be able to raise even £1m in one chunk, zen got close but not quite.
But if the drill goes ahead in April and AAOG have received some cash from them and we have the license beforehand I’ll change my mind.
Adrian
Or Forum are waiting for the Zenith disposal deal to not complete
They have had ample time to make their case in Congo as an alternate owner to Zenith with much bigger pockets, if that is their intention.
AAOG board don't care either way.
One thing we can rely on 100% is the search for profit
Forum backers have invested £400k and want to see a handsome return, or why bother comng into a cash shell with so much baggage and debt?
Miton remain
And key - that mystery 2.99% 12m share holder from the Jan 30th placing
five weeks and counting
I have yet to find anything impressive about zenith. Not even their shareholders seem too enthusiastic about them and their share price drop is nearly as bad as ours. Oh where is our knight in shining armor?
I expect Forum are waiting for the ZEN deal to complete. Fair play to AC he has made a good impression on the Congo government and playing by their rules. Zenith still planning to drill Congo in April, with two rigs available. I expect Forum will keep our 11% and use any money to fund the new asset after RTO.
wow so my 9k which has now turned into £300 is soon to be £0.
maybe we should hunt down Dave Fatdom with pitch forks and remove the steak and champagne from his belly?
Zenith SP approaching a 50% reduction since the GM shareholder "vote" , in which only 5% of Anglo PI shareholders voted yes to the disposal resolution, which should have been a special at 75% vote required, being a material company change, all decks have been stacked.
Come on Forum
anyone know that Kasabian song "Where did all the love go?"
well i've written one for AAOG.
Where did all the money go?
I don't know, I don't know
I bet you can't see it
Zen RNS on their CEO presentation
It wasn't specifically about Tilapia, more a generic pres on West Africa oil industry
"Mr. Cattaneo delivered a presentation during a session on the topic of "Promoting Successful Partnerships to Advance Exploration & Production in the regional oil and gas sector". The session specifically centred on the role of junior oil and gas production and exploration companies operating in West Africa. "
Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"The management team and I were delighted to attend this year's edition of the Republic of the Congo's International Oil & Gas Conference. Participation in this event has been a valuable opportunity to enhance our relationship with key local partners, as well as elevate Zenith's profile in a new, exciting jurisdiction which we believe, via the successful development of the Tilapia asset, will deliver transformational value to Zenith shareholders."
That statement "we believe" again. which means its not certain at all.
All smiles I bet at the conference , but no Minister signatures yet on the disposal - and that is all that matters.
5 weeks until all AAOG money gone, no sign of that Zenith loan, Forum need to make their move.
