Love how dead it is here perfect conditions for a storming success. Gla
Think on current workload with the upgrades in 2017, could be looking at just over 3mil turnover for 2018. That's not taking into account any further developments along the way.

Yeah just watched the interview on youtube from last year, and re-read this years rns totally insane. Will plan to accumulate at these prices. Anything under or even over the directors buys is still stupid cheap. Happy I stumbled in here.
another earlier post: DL wants to build another South African conglomerate, or so he has stated in the past. I don't think money comes into it as this is chicken feed fees for him, IMHO. If you take the three businesses, AfriAg Global,, AfriAg (Pty) Ltd and AAAP, they all offer synergies to one another and a combined operation would see considerable scale-ability and cost savings. AAAP have recently stated they expect to make an acquisition announcement, and I just hope it involves AfriAG. "The Board continues to look for acquisitions, which may add significant value to the Company. The Board are hopeful to be able to announce progress in this regard in due course." https://investegate.co.uk/anglo-african-ag-plc--aaap-/prn/statement-re-share-price-move
earlier post: DL knows South Africa very well and has also been very successful in that region. The continent is ripe for growth and with other businesses such as AfriAg Global in the DL stable, I can see rapid growth in the food and logistics businesses over the coming months and years. AfriAg Global results should be released next week and I believe there is strong synergies between the two companies. Let's see what happens and which acquisitions come to pass. AAAP is main market listed and DL has made it very clear he wants to use AAAP to develop a much larger business.
If you read my earlier posts, you will see that a merger with AfriAg Global, also controlled by DL, is a strong possibility.
Finished at the end of April with results showing in July. I am working on the assumption that the period will have been at least break, or Profitable. The second half should be excellent as per the trading RNS a month ago. A stunning rise in the share price, will I believe, now be on the cards. A one million pound company that can grow profits fast is what we all want. Just a few hundred thousand could add 5P to todays valuation. Add to that an RTO or Deal and 10P is not out of range.
Some decent buying over the past few trading days compared to the recent past. The fact that DL has started tweeting again about the company leads me to believe an announcement cannot be far off. Not that many shares in free-float so any decent announcement should see a significant rise in the share price.
Market valuation is a million. Full LSE listing, prevents this share being snatched back by the directors, as is so often seen on AIM. DIRECTORS paid above todays price for large holdings. Plan is to grow the group via deals. Margins are between 15% and 40% It only takes a small rise in turnover to make large profits as the overhead base is covered. As the sales team grows on a commission basis, shareholders could gain big time so long as all goes well. The maximum loss is 100% of your investment here so assuming you can buy a full 1% of AAAP your loss if it goes wrong is 10,000. If the board deliver over the next five years one can see the potential to retire on the proceeds. An extra 900,000 of revenue in the second half might see profits of 250,000 for that period. If revenues keep growing at that rate shareholder returns could be spectacular simply because AAAP is currently valued at just above zero. The board have the contacts in Africa and appear to be running a tight ship.
The Board of AAA note the recent share price fall and believe there is no reason in terms of the underlying business for this fall. Dynamic Intertrade, the main trading operation of AAA, is trading in line with the expectations of the Board. Dynamic has recently enhanced the sales team and is pleased to report new sales of ZAR14.8 million (approximately 900,000) in addition to normal turnover over the next six months. The Board continues to look for acquisitions, which may add significant value to the Company. The Board are hopeful to be able to announce progress in this regard in due course
David Lenigas ‏ @DavidLenigas now7 minutes ago More Great to see people are starting to take interest in London Main Board listed AAAP.LN. People obviously reading the last news release.
Maybe investors are taking notice of the recent statement from the directors: "The Board continues to look for acquisitions, which may add significant value to the Company. The Board are hopeful to be able to announce progress in this regard in due course."
the buying continues. Now up 17.33% today. I think there will be very few shares available at these prices and I expect it to keep on rising. Directors heavily committed at much higher prices.
and the buying continues....still has a long long long way to go before we get back to a sensible valuation for a main market listed company. 15:09:49 0.4000 100,000 O 0.3800 0.4500 Sell 550,000 270,000 14:29:50 0.4000 250,000 O 0.3700 0.4000 Buy 550,000 170,000 14:23:55 0.3990 300,000 O 0.3500 0.4000 Buy 300,000 170,000 08:51:54 0.3500 170,000 O 0.3500 0.4000 Sell 0 170,000 Up 10.67% as I type

I see the day traders have been badly burnt this morning. The sells this morning are matched by buys on Friday at much higher levels.
Decent buying going through on NEX at the moment: 04/05/2018 14:48 2,500,000 0.39
Would be a winner some day. Main problem is poor communication. Nobody knows what is happening except insiders and that is not good enough for investors. Investors need to know on frequent basis how the company is progressing. Information should not be only at AGMs or when there is a new appointment. The concept of the company is great but has zero publicity/ public relations. I went on their website nothing happening except boring appointments and AGM stuff same archaic picture. We want new pictures tell us what is happening for goodness sake!!
Each to their own....enjoy the rest of the day. DL knows South Africa very well and has also been very successful in that region.
I was taking some interest until I saw DL is involved here!
