The RNS may partially explain the price drop, if you are a conspiracist that MMs drop the price... http://bit.ly/1pE149n Louise Warner now holds above 4%(2,271,000) of the shares Previously she held 3.59% (2,025,000). Therefore an additional 246,000 shares purchased. The volume on 06/08/2014 was 681,747 shares , so only approximate 36% of gthe shares traded could have been bought by Louise Warner. Hmm now has does this fit into BOPDs theories ?
This is worth a read, particularly the bit about Otto expanding in the North Sea. https://www.rigzone.com/news/oil_gas/a/134026/Otto_Marine_Secures_404M_in_Charter_Contracts_for_OSVs_in_1H_2014
Oh yes, the much talked about Remp level!
Get ready guys
Negative windflow here. Shareholders need more than a 1m us dollar contract to lift spirits and share price. Suggest we recover turbines to generate positive movement.
SP drifting up and down, up and down. We need some energy in seaenergy to lift us out of two year doldrums.
A 3 min video interview with JAW released by Edison this morning:- http://vimeo.com/99343847
I am wondering why Otto signed up with SEA. They are clearly a much larger company, and not only that, they have accepted being the junior partner with 49%. It must, imo, be down to a strong hint of some work from EDPR.
Company seems to be strongly growing; share price is extremely dull. Go figure.
I know, it's sad isn't it. I would love to think that all investors spend hours pouring over balance sheets and cash flow statements, but instead it seems they are just looking for tips, like mug punters looking through the Sun's racing pages. Congrats to all out there who found SEA all on their own . May you prosper !
It feels like you can see people reading STs page and going..."Oh I had better buy some SEA shares." This share could become one where you buy on dips and sell on IC recommendation/ updates......
My question remains. How can anyone buy a large amount at 29p, or even current levels? Its just not liquid enough.
There was no big buy cos it didnt dip to the Remp level There will be no massive buy unless it does If you note ST s iniial recomendation was also at that level ie 29
Got in just after ST recommendation at 12.
Now on line at IC by Simon T http://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/2014/06/12/comment/simon-thompson/a-profitable-passage-wIm7A9yeW51CT5LqXLpZ7O/article.html
bopd. I would be interested to know how you think there will be massive buys at your laughable 'Remp level'. I tried to buy £5k's worth today and couldnt. You give the impression that you know something here, but I've never heard so much cock and bull.
Check the spikes on the graphs since his last reported buy This guy knows the value of what was his co
Its very relevant. he was the founder.still significant holder and would like more of the pie again There have been other close buys at that level
Thank you for explaining what a REMP is. I have so many stocks I forget the names of Directors v.easily. However, the trade you mention was nearly 3 years ago. It's relevance now - zero IMO. The share continues to drift. The value of our LOGP shares has badly drifted too this last year. Nice company though and I'd love to get back in soon, if I ever have any cash not tied up. GL
There will be a massive buy if the stock drifts down close to Remp's previous published buy at 28.5 see Directors deals above but i would not wait to that point as it will move v.quick
I like aardvark remain in the dark about your mysterious REMP level. I like you have come in @ 30p and departed @ 36p before. As it's drifting a little at the moment, I'm looking for a re-entry price. Where or what is this REMP level?
then Go big and say thankyou
I see. So buy at 30p and sell at 36p is your cunning plan?
Aardvark, it appears you spend as much time in the dark as your namesake. look 2 inches above this post and you will see the Remp level I wouldnt wait for this as too much danger of missing Move in at 30
What does that mean? ' waiting game big jump if it dips to Remp levels' Remp levels were anything from about 30p to £12. I really can't take your posts seriously.
