Bottom_feeder Please establish your "facts" carefully before putting fingers to keyboard. Your numbers are absolute tosh and therefore misleading to readers peeping into this chatroom.
The financials you claim were clearly informed to the market by RNS on 22nd June 2023 and 17th July 2023.
For the elimination of any doubt perhaps you would be kind enough to cut and paste your earlier message and correct your errant figures. Kind Regards.
The upcoming Interim Results up to June 2023 will liley 'disappoint' a few.
I project that there nay be some indication of a reduction in the 'net' Burn down, but the Final Results in June next year are where we are likely to see a move into Net Return.
However, the outlook for the Interims will definitely set the scene and I think the BOD will definitely want to paint the best possible Positive Guidance for the full results.
Most of the 'enthusiam' is based around the US marketability. We are unlikely to see any income from European sales for interim period. Sales are only in latter half.
The only viable income may be for the 'Undiclosed initial Payment' from Cooper et al. However, we don't know what that is. The US agreement has an initial £4m up front payment which won't show up aas they will likely be paid/captured in Latter half.
The Cash burn for 2022 was £6.34M. So, if they do get a £1M payment from Cooper then this may bring their interim cash burn to arround the £3M mark. i.e. I expect their cash burn to increase for the 2023 period as I suspect they will have greater outlays/payments relating to marketing activities.
I don't think we will see any sales figures as they would only be 'projected' figures.
The BIG footnote will be a statement or 2 added regarding the current and future sales figures //// since June 2023.
This isn't normally captured as they are future events. But it would be prudent for the Board to give shareholders/market some 'guidance' as to the expected/projected outcome for the full year.
In my view the Full Results will be extremely positive.
FM have the £4M initial payment from US Market.
They may include the Cooper initial payment in the full results as I suspect Cooper would not have paid it before June'23. So possible £1-2M.
Milestone payments are very 'sketchy' as the Cooper payments are 'undisclosed. while the US payments are £5M-£45M over 'several' years (just exactly what is meant by 'several' years). Worst case scenario it is the 5 Year deal period so milestone payments will be in £1M-£5M per annum.
Assuming £1-2M Milestone payments in the full year, this gives FM an income projection around £6M to £7M+.
So, This implies a 'potential' Net Profit declared in the Full results of around £0.5M-£1M+.
Anything above this is extremely positive.
IMHO
May be worth their while to sell up andd buy up 5times more before the expected rise

As I said, I wasn't expecting a response. I wanted the Interim Report to have more details than just the usual figures.
You will not get a response to those points raised. It is inside information. At least not ahead of the interims release.
I've emailed them several time and always got a response, not always what I want to hear.
I'm wasn't wanting a response, I pointing out that FUM should give us a more detailed Interim Report RNS
Good luck with getting that reply!
Currently sitting in an apartment in Seattle and it's early morning, so whilst drinking my coffee I decided, in my boredom to write to FUM's Investor Relations asking them about figures in the Interim Report (IR) . Previously FUM haven't been great in supplying much information in their IR, mainly because they've haven't earned any monies.
In my email I said I hope they will be supplying sales figures for not just the period the IR, but figures since. Also requested a breakdown of which countries the product is now on sale in and whether that is just via website or in physical shops.
I also asked if are they having a supply issue, because the Amazon site in Belgium has run out of stock, as mentioned on this BB. Also seen on the BB, the product was going to be available in shops in the UK and asked if this was true.
The last thing I asked for was an update on the US rollout....will be interesting to see if I get a response or what is in the IR on the 18th.
Right now back to my coffee
Paid for my stiffy and it aint happening, fkin slap it on this sp damn it. Where you got that interim date from?
I see people sayings it’s over priced, what is this based on competitors? If you could buy your favourite tipple knowing you wouldn’t have a hangover no matter how much you drank how much extra would you be willing to pay?
Hi Kevin, I agree with you point, desperate people will pay whatever necessary. My pov, I’m 62 and need a little boost now and then, but at £6 a pop I’ll use something else. Scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger works for me!
Also, with revenue rolling in, I’d like to see a big increase in their R&D spend, with recruitment of top class research scientists etc, as at the moment Futura are very much a one trick pony. I think I read somewhere that they have just 12 employees, so most of them will be directors and admin, so who is spearheading the development of next generation products?
My apologies for getting the date wrong. But yes the 12 months results will be better and ideally show sales per a month which clearly shows month on month that sales are going up. The Sp seems to stay around this level until news pushes the share nearer the 60 mark so potentially 20% could be made if the results are good in a few weeks time.
Buildworker I agree its over priced however if your struggling with ED how much would you pay to get an erection? If your older you tend to have more money so I guess Futura are hoping to people will buy it and based on what I have read here its selling well but getting it out to the other markers which boost profits massively in the next 12-18 months.
Not sure if it was a typo but interims will be released on the 18th not the 16th.
They've also said the amount they think they will make for the few weeks the product went on sale. They said about 1.5m maybe a bit more.
whatI I hope is they give a very big update on sales since the product launch and how the rollout is going in the EU and the US.
But in the past their interims have been very basic, maybe due to lack of staff and money. But with money in the bank they might produce a more detailed interim report.
Personally I feel we need to wait for the full results in April to get a good understanding on how the product is selling.
For me, this about the trajectory that the first three months have indicated. I suspect there was an initial surge in sales, when the product first hit the market, then a dip as people with overly high expectations, left negative reviews, which has dented confidence in the product.
I’ve said this before, but will repeat myself, I think the product is overpriced and poorly presented. But, as others have said, it will find its niche and it’s not yet widely available outside of UK and some EU regions.
So, the upshot is that it’s the guidance given for the next 6 months to full year results, which will be important. It will certainly determine whether I decide to continue to hold, or take my current profits. At least this is one stock in my portfolio that has the right colour next to it!
Afternoon All,
I understand the interim results will be announced on the 16th, what will be deemed as good and push up the SP? They only take into account sales up to June but the product is going to snow ball over time so will keep getting better each result announcement (one hopes any ways).
What figure would send the sp flying and what figure will tank it? Its hard to say right now if 5 mil in sales is good or 20 mil.
It appears that the sales are going well now on the internet but these figures only go to June which is 3 months ago......
Iv'e seen the bid higher than the ask a few times before, and Iv'e actually traded on it (one time only) and made about £50
It can happen when one of the market makers is short of stock and offers a slightly higher price than the others.
You have to be quick though, the price can change just after you buy and the anomaly is gone.
You get these strange prices just after market close (during closing auction) and very occasionally during the day they are not real prices and will correct fairly soon and you certainly cannot trade at these. HL sometimes have the buy less than the sell but with a warning, my portfolio with II the prices after close are all over the place and it look like I have suddenly made a lot of money but again there is a warning and they correct soon.
