Nick putting his money where his mouth is.
Is key,and atm is hugely low.....not only here...I am holding others shares such as SOLG ,AST both came with very good news only to go down......this of course will change at some point, but nothing but frustration until then...we just have to wait for the sentiment to return, and hopefully sooner rather than later...GLA.
I've always thought o OTC as a slow burner for me, so i guess we're looking at medium/long term rather than short term.
Too Cheap.
As been said,it cant stay down here forever, something's got to give eventually.
Thanks Jeremiah. At least i have some rough figures to work on.
When you get directors getting 12m options at 2.625 what should we expect? had they got them at 4p even it may have sent a better signal...
Now if they were to eventually prove up 5mozs+ as has been mooted occasionally, then several could be possible, but that would probably require all the ducks lining up like the N. Korean army on parade!
Wow,15% up to red, this share is frustrating to say the least
Sorry westie50, I skipped over your post. As I say, all being well, I can imagine 1+ (Mcap of 333m+) It would probably take earnings of c. 20-30m to get us there. Maybe something like $250/oz net to us on 100kozs/year production with a p/e of 15-20 or so, with some discount factored in for any JV partner's cut and Casa only owning 72% of the mine? Just vague scribblings though...
have to wait until those placing shares have been flipped...
slow start
I can imagine being at 1+ one day though....
Decent results yet again. It cant stay down here forever. Looking good for a move north
Another nice positive RNS. The ducks are starting to align!
Jeremiah99 - could you make a little sense for me of the figures Mr rahim was quoting last night. I see you don't agree with them. Thanks. Sadly i'm a lot more conservative in my sp thoughts but happy to be proven wrong.
It’s not a surprise. It just further solidifies that this is one of the most undervalued gold plays on AIM. These results further support the case to bump up the current 1.5m resource to over 2mil but remember VC’s statement about this being a potential 5-10moz resource. More to come yet on all fronts
Nice end of November surprise for us holders
Your maths is a little out, IMO. If we got to $300m Mcap we would have c. 333m shares in issue by then (including the extra 100m for the last 30% of Casa) also Casa only own about 72% of Akyanga. So less than $1/share? Having said that, I'm hoping they'll prove up much more than 2mozs by the time they complete the drilling.
Thanks Dads Great day al. F
We continue to see significant upside potential to build a gold resource beyond our initial 2 million ounce target."
Superb results and this is jus the beginning of the new strategy around a much higher holding in Casa.
Nick von Schirnding, Ortac's Executive Chairman, commented: "It is encouraging to see that the expansion and exploration drilling continues to intersect substantial thicknesses of mineralisation at grades of well over 2 g/t of gold. The results of this drilling will continue to fill the gaps in the current resource model and improve our geological understanding of the Akyanga deposit. With the acquisition of CASA Mining Limited well underway, our executive team has shifted its focus and work in the DRC to better understand the rest of the large-scale project. Our gold belt licence extends to over 55km's where significant grades of gold have already been identified in previous drilling and trenching activities, which we are currently reviewing. We continue to see significant upside potential to build a gold resource beyond our initial 2 million ounce target."
Ortac Intersects Further Significant Mineralisation at its CASA Mining project Ortac Resources Ltd is pleased to announce further significant new gold assay results from the expansion and infill drill programme currently underway at its Akyanga gold deposit ("Akyanga") part of the large-scale Casa gold project, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Can someone summarise pls
