Apologies, Winston, I had missed the post where you called this out already. Nothing surprises us any more with this crowd of crooks though. They are just making it up as they go along. They are masters of "Alternative Facts"!!
Like I said yesterday, our votes from the LSE forum alone were well more against than the total against figure quoted. Shafted.com.....
Well my 675k against votes didn't count for much either. Definitely cast in time through official channels.
Apologies.....Ignore the erroneous first line of that last post with the 1,371,000,000 which I got off the II website!! Shares in issue of CRND are 240,000,000
Company total shares in issue is 1,371,000,000 Yesterday's RNS states disapplication of pre-emption rights passed as follows: For 39,150,272 (97.06%) Against 1,185,166 (2.94%) Abstained - - That's accounts for only 40m out of a total of 240million shares. 1 sixth!!! Was my 1M the only significant vote against?! I smell (yet another) rat.
I voted my two largest holdings against which accounted for 215,000 & 277,000 respectively. (Total 492,000). The new owners can't vote / the shares don't yet exist, this vote was to allow the BOD to issue a shed load of new shares & a dilute us to oblivion. The fact that the issue of new shares was already pre-arranged suggests they were confident that the vote would go through regardless of our thoughts. You wouldn't mind quite so much if this share issue left some cash with the new CRND cash shell to do something with, sadly it's to keep the CRND NV subsidiary going before it's handed over to the Chinese for sweet FA.
Well I voted against with my 301048.
Exactly what I was wondering Winston. Only way I can see those figures making sense is if they had already awarded the 78% to the new owners. I had 120,962 against. The only way this is going to fly IF it relists is if there's a blood great trampoline at the bottom for us to bounce off after the SP drops to 0.07.
booooom this will fly now
How the hell were there only 1.185166 votes against? There were more than that who said they were voting against from LSE...... Resolution Number of votes % of votes ------------ ---------------- ----------- For 39,150,272 97.06 Against 1,185,166 2.94 Abstained - - ------------ ---------------- -----------
GM resolutions voted for
I've since noticed that the proxy form on the companies website for voting for the GM I.e. special resolution to disapply pre-emption rights is included on the Proxy form for the AGM. The AGM is scheduled for the 17th Nov, votes to be in by 15th Nov. However, the GM is scheduled for the 30th Oct, I assume the votes to vote 'AGAINST' the issue of loads of shares @ 0.07p need to be in by 11am Thurs 26th Oct ( Tommorow morning) i.e. two days before. Deliberate error to mislead??
It can be downloaded from CRND's website, but as I'm currently on holiday it's not of much use, tbh I never thought to check it was on the companies website before we left. I had to pay my broker to fill it in & send it out on my behalf.
Surely you can just download the form from the company's website, fill it out to reflect your holding of x shares and send it to UK or SA address given? In fact the form notes say you can email it to crg@terbium.global Why are some of you being charged for this? Am I missing something? In our spirit of openness, I am voting to receive the accounts, abstaining on the appointments and director remuneration and voting against the "Extraordinary" resolution. Fair?
Winston that's ridiculous having two pay 2x 20 TO VOTE, Please change your broker!!! As for looses here mine r small compered to sum here, as i was very weary of this company as i have been stung here a few time over the years but cept coming back and i do empathize with some of the bigger holders looses as i have been on the receiving end as well and currently chasing about 40k looses over eight years but i still think i can turn it around
I've also watched £25k be vapourised on this poor excuse for a mining business.... I stupidly threw good money after bad by averaging down hoping we'd finally turned the corner / there was nothing else that could possibly go against us....... boy was I so wrong! Our BOD have a list of excuses as long as your arm & they want to build a new business from a CRND shell, Pmsl! I've had to pay 2 x £20+vat to be able to vote on my two holdings, but in this instance it was worth paying, I'm not just going to hand it over to the Chinese & send them on their way with £750k & 83% dilution. There's a lot of shares held in public hands & hopefully they will also use their vote wisely. http://www.centralrandgold.com/about/terms-of-reference/ I'm also done with AIM, the rewards haven't been worth the risks for the past 10 years i.e. pre-credit crunch, I've had a run of bad ones inc Yell / Noventa / Metalrax & now CRND. The shares I will only buy going forward will be main market listed value / dividend plays. I'm looking to recoup my AIM losses from the above via investing in Cryptocurrency Ico's, still high risk / but you don't need to invest large amounts of money & the potential percentage rises could be massive & could dwarf even the best of AIM risers........
Secretly I agree with you, but I just cant let it all go yet. I'm down about the same a Geezer44, so any crumbs left at the end to share around wont make a big dent, but its better than ZERO.
35K loss for me on CRND. Last time trading on AIM no more. Also lost 24k on the debacle that was Yell. What I have left[not a lot]is coming off the table.
Gibbo, As our BOD haven't even managed to build a profitable processing business, I won't be holding my breath for getting any of my original investment back.
Its a no from me, but I think its a forgone conclusion, I am just waiting to see how much of my initial investment I will get back if anything.
It's a "No" from me.
Count me in too.
Is that it then, only the three of us voting against??
Winston ok thanks for coming back on that,! new that not all brokers are the same on how they deal this But I think its important that all pi make an effort vote this time.
I am with the Woolwich. They always send me out any voting forms and a pre-paid envelope. Obviously voted against these sharks trying to take the last of my pounds.
