Well, that's it. Game totally over. Shares are gone from my trading account now.
Seeya around buddies, good luck in your next investment.

there worthless we get nothing
So what happens to the shares we hold?
Well, yes, the fundamentals were there, and IMHO the promotion of Mr Bryce was the right thing to do. Glad I didn't throw too much at it, but any loss stings.
Thanks for update. Article makes for sober reading.... ". A fundamentally flawed business model and questionable strategic decisions have masked what we believe to be a business with strong underlying financials".
Yeah didn't we just suspect this....

for more info.
The end is nigh. Any residual value for shareholders?
Yep lasted years more than I expected but everyone was warned right from the beginning,
Hope not too many got sucked in by the desperate ramping of rainbow chasers.
Good points - well noted. Thanks.

Although Toople was on the Main Market it had a Standard as opposed to a Premium Listing.
Standard Listed companies operate to lower levels of protection and unlike AIM there is no NOMAD.
The bottom end of the Standard Lost can be as bad as the bottom of AIM.
This share is listed on the main market not AIM. we all have our views on some aspects of AIM listed etities.
But this was listed and maintained under Main Market Rules. So - what's the difference you may well ask.
I would have expected greater oversight etc . from a main listed share. Don't feel that here. Hope we get explanations and soon.
oh well another loss
Agreed. Far to upbeat messages from the Company - Administrators appointed now.
Would have expected a more cautious tone from the company in the last 3-6 months!
Why have posts been removed ??
It’s not the economy to be investing in junk pumped minnow punty shares. Ride 10/30% swings - midcaps on the spreadbet. Each one of those is a bag a piece.
52 week lows is a good place to start.
Averaged down ffs into the fricking gutter, encouraging statement by the chief, now the company will be sold of and hey presto the same management team. Needs to be investigated by the fraud office
Bunch of ossers no idea just issuing paper, need to be fossilised. A con from day one, hope they use their skimming for medicines ??
So not even our whizz kid business dragon could turn this around. There will probably be a buyer for the business at a basement price. No return for shareholders. First one of these failures I have had for years, a sign of more to come?Question: In what circs could a new company come in for the full FTSE listing? TOOP is not on AIM. Any chance shareholders may get shares in a new company?
Another afzal v ramp share
The issue here is Novum, GB delivers an acquisition, they've failed to get the support for it financially. What a shame Charlie and co have lost out.
"We welcome Greg’s appointment which signals a new era for Toople. He has a strong sales focussed background with relevant industry experience and has extensive M&A credentials. We look forward to his leadership as Toople seeks to capitalise on new opportunities that are presenting themselves in light of a continually more digitally connected UK.” said Board Chairman, Richard Horsman." OH YEAH OH YEAH!!!
Surprised it took this long
Ouch.
Let's hope so. any thoughts on delay?
Ditto - one of them is mine also, averaging down and hoping Greg can turn this around

I just averaged down to where we are, I hold quite a lot now as well, more than I would want to hold normally, but lets see.
