Totally stunned by today's news. Clearly the Millenium deal did for us, and I guess having 2 Target men still on board hardly helped our cause re new Nomad. Did Millenium refuse to rescind trade and repay £ for too long when potential Nomad may have asked for early termination of it, only doing so when Nomad wouldn't budge and too late in the proceedings? Similarly, were the 3 months BOD gave them to repay too long for new Nomad? Did new Nomad ask for all Target men to resign? Only hope in getting anything back is with Gavin Bonnar - it's in his interests too with his substantial holding.
"The Company's shares will therefore be delisted with effect from 24th July 2014 and will no longer trade on the AIM exchange." Thanks TwoHearts for the constructive reply
I'm sorry to see what's happened to you guys today. The same thing happened recently to MTA, they haven't got a LSE BB anymore but they are still active on iii. Perhaps you can get some info from those guys over there All the best 2H's
Obviously not.
When this company de-lists won't SNR BB disappear from this site?
They do still have assets but we will be the last to get anything, the only way forward now is to sell the company and its assets, they may be able to list on an alternative market but we may have to wait for all that to happen, to all who are invested here and that includes myself who bought close to 500,000 of these just 4 hours before they delisted, don't give up and keep writing on the boards that lets them know we are here and not going any were until this has been resolved.
No, it means you don't have any money to put in anr. Or anywhere else really.
Anyone know what happens to shares in isa?
been waiting for these to relist to put funds into anr- does that mean we have to wait for another mkt listing?
Is there a future now? Anyone with experience of this? Is it possible to realist at a future date? Sale of the assets now looks like the only option.
Millennium probably turned out in the end to be the nail in the coffin...
Between the Irish and the South Africans....... what can one say.... :-(
Status and Special Conditions are now both stating Suspended. Does this mean that a "recovery request" has been made as stated above. Talk about last minute. Heres hoping.
End up like Minmet????
Its hypothetical until 7.01 tomorrow morning ;0) Cancellation of the listing is not cancellation of the shares. Holders would just own shares in an unlisted company, messy but as long as the company still exists the shares do also and if they liquidate then the shareholders could receive a distribution if there is any value, regardless of whether their is a listing. Would be very messy though. That's my understanding DYOR GLA
'shares' rather
so if a stock gets cancelled but then we got a nomad could they apply to re-list and would our shers still be worth anything?
I suspect we'll get an after-hours RNS today, with resumption of trading tomorrow, so as much info as poss is out in the open in an effort to create an orderly market. I can't believe there is no provision for an extension to the deadline if permission is sought, eg for above reason, if something material may occur shortly after it elapses.
It probably is the end for SNR now. Any idea who will pick the the pieces at the mine if it is?
too fine for my liking if theyd managed to sort a nomad i think we would have known by now to be honest if we do relist though i think the price will be up rather than hammered as its already rock bottom
I don't know now servecool...It's back to showing suspended on the LSE (Not this one) ...:-) Was there a "Plan B" with Millennium not being in the picture?
Looks like the stock could resume trading as per substp's post. Personally if it does re-list, I'd like to see a RNS saying shares are suspended pending takeover discussions, which is of course wishful thinking. If the stock resumes trading, I expect it to be hammered unfortunately.
HMMMMM it now has market close on it.
2.4.3. Dissemination of “No Active Session” trading status The FIX-FAST market data protocol and Level 2-ITCH market data protocols will introduce new trading statuses of “199” and “w” respectively to indicate when an instrument has No Active Session available. Clients who perform a Recovery request for a suspended instrument will receive the aforementioned trading status in the Symbol Directory and Security Status messages.
