Cheers Alf. I like short answers. Been trying to think of a fast reply. BOL
So what do you think IF /DB actually do?
Hi Smed. No.
Hi guys Do Provexis have a marketing department? if they do WHAT do they do ?????. Smed.
I know what you mean. But for someone who let’s say earns around £15000 or less and needs a car to get to work and still has to shop for food, clothes and fuel. And all the other items you need for the upkeep of a house etc. It all mounts up and you reckon they would still afford £180. Per year. It seems to be if you can afford it good but if you can’t tough.
But £15 a month for something that helps your health,a car/mobile doesn't help health x
Please let me know what you think they do for their wages
hi I would agree with you that this is far to expensive . £15 a month. with everything else you spend on. mobile phone. car etc. etc. it all adds up. let's hope it comes down to a price that most people can afford .
So. Who would recruit them? What skills, experience and knowledge would they need? Are you suggesting that they tear up the Alliance Agreement? Anarchy. Destruction achieves negative results. Re my earlier post, are you involved in those other shares?
Last time I contacted IF he did not do me the courtesy of an answer; and I had not been rude to him in my correspondence. This year, as I say, I plan to attend the AGM if they are still in business. On another point; I as well as everyone on here know full well the properties of FF. Thankfully for me I am not aware of a condition that needs to be addressed by taking FF myself. I have bought it in several forms and have some FF/Omega tablets in my cupboard but do not take them on a regular basis, not at 50p a pop. There in lies the main problem I think; cost; and why China is probably the better market option at present. By the way; I had never heard that saying on rotting fish before. Just an aside to our ongoing debating.
Tooldoctor,as the Chinese say,a fish rots from the head down. I am fully aware of the arrangement whereby DSM are responsible for gaining new business but our only point of contact is with the BOD who have a duty to we Shareholders who actually own the Company. Perhaps a change of management might result in a kick up the backside for a lack of performance by the DSM salesforce. Thanks, but I am thinking straight, perhaps for the first time with PXS. Will you be contacting IF with your concerns?
Progress if there should be any is responsibility of DSM. They are the driving force for sales, not IF and DB. Do you honestly think two new faces are going to turn the company in a new direction and profitable? Come on. I know your bitter and fed up, but really, your not thinking straight. Your just aiming your frustration in the wrong direction. PXS are not talking to ByHealth, DSM sales force are, and others hopefully, do you not think?.
Alf, first sentence, sorry I don't understand. Second sentence. Resign and make way for some fresh thinking.
Oh, perhaps there is more reason for the gloom than performance here? Seriously, what would you have them do? Apart from work for nothing that is.
Process vs Reneuron....performance....well cobalt your thoughts.. Any further thoughts on Valirx. Best wishes. Freddie
Pumpky, first prize is dinner with Dawson. Guess who pays?!
Alf, I watched the rise and fall of the Range Resources Action Group. In the end, well organised as it was,no difference was made to the eventual outcome as the problems were so deep rooted. I don't think the will exists here for any such similar action. The RRL board was active and dynamic and the PXS boards are certainly not that! The attendance at AGM's has been so poor as to let the BOD do what they like. I admit, I've never attended and I have no excuse except for what would be a fairly long return journey and bored complacency. I think that many Shareholders just hope and pray that they will get some of their money back one day. I don't think many people honestly believe that this is a good company. It's a poor company which happens to have an excellent product which is in the wrong hands of both Provexis and DSM. I hope anyone else who shares my frustration will contact IF by phone or email.
Had 3 emails this week from pxs regarding fruitflow, omega 3 (I subscribe monthly ) competition,of some sorts
To reach a decision based on the comparison between revenues and costs now puzzles me. Revenues from Provexis retail, backed up by the extra publicity generated by the likes of Dr Sarah, and Dr Niamh, should continue to rise. The extra revenue flowing directly in to company coffers gives scope for further promotional spend. Still so very early in its development. Revenues from DSM have never complied with any logic, which is why I believe the formula is complex. I can only ask the insurgents to be careful what they wish for, every time I've seen shareholders form an action group, they've done far more harm. I know, I know, shut up Alf, we're all in group misery here, no place for consistency.
Sorry cobalt, I did not say DSM chipped in on wages. It was a question not a statement. I have no idea how PXS keep going at all. I am preparing to sell loads this week and invest in a share that has some progress and maybe buy back later. I will keep enough to justify my attendance at the AGM; hoping there will be one of course.
tooldoctor. At present, Provexis exists to pay its staff. There is no money left over for any other cost and that's why they have to raise money for working capital and dilute the SP. At this rate there will be 2BN shares in issue by the end of this year. For the Y/E 31/03/2017 revenue was 228k. Total staff & consultants emoluments were 264k of which 172k was paid to the Directors.I don't know why you think DSM chip in with the wages bill. Any comments?
Why this continual gripe about IF and DB? Somebody has to do what needs to be done and you cannot cut wages just because someone would like to, they have an employment contract . I do not know how gainfully employed they are but I am sure their wages are not responsible for the financial position of the company. The remuneration may be in part paid by DSM for all I know? I don't see those wages as a deal breaker. We anxiously wait just one profitable deal that brings in some of the income stream needed. I agree an improved turnout at the next AGM would help to send a clearer message that investors are dissappointed with progress and I plan to be at the next. There is no magic wand, there are and will continue to be many companies that fail or take many eons to prosper. You cannot force sales onto someone who does not want to pay the asking price. You have to ask yourself; why this product not selling in quantities large enough to justify its manufacture and what are the obstacles to that? Advertising? Well that is expensive in all its forms and the spend has to have its justification. Thousands added to cost of running by adverts may be the death knell? I can name several companies with niche sounding products that were the bee's knees and went bust. Some constructive input would be helpful. Anybody got some?
Kievsky, can i be bold enough to suggest that there are two main niggles which unite many of us? Firstly, the high remuneration package for running a shell company out of all propoertion to it's income and secondly the oft repeated statement which has appeared more or less word for word in the accounts from 4/9/15 to the latest figures 29/12/17. Most of us know it off by heart but here it is "An increasing number of further commercial projects have been initiated by DSM with prospective customers including some prospective customers which are part of global businesses" So this has been written in the last six reports and probably further back before the demerger. In the circumstances, I think it's safe to assume that it is meaningless drivel and that such talks are stalled. If so, why are we not informed?i What if we put this question en-masse to IF? Individually, we are only likely to get one of his stock responses.Does anyone know how this could be done? I'm going to copy & paste this on to the blue channel.
Since DSM have the responsibility for marketing Fruitflow worldwide, apart from Fruitflow + Omega3 marketed in house, what is it that you expect Mr Buck and Mr Ford to do? It would be foolish not to be disappointed with the current sp, but it is not as a result of any meaningful size of trades. As you commented yourself, there was a period of sustained buying just before, with no sign of those being sold off. Market Makers can do as they please with the price, and nothing that the company can say to them about that. They can't demand that the price achieves any particular level at all. Your decision to relay almost nothing from the AGM until today was more or less directly caused by me. Company law does state that nothing can be disclosed at an AGM that hasn't been notified to the whole market. However, if you felt a positive tone to their replies, what has changed in the meantime? Revenues. It is my opinion that the revenue generation is far more complex than many believe, but that is just my own feeling. If the Alliance have given marketing support to every product launched so at, and particularly in the China direction, then there could be a very good reason for the share out to be reduced by that. Fact is, we just don't know.
RP & CB, I am to very disappointed in the SP and the lack of any major deals. As I said the AGM was very good and when I left I felt that things were still positive. Like you both I do not want to see any more dilution and I have made my feelings known to IF & DB.I would imagine there phones and emails are red hot at the moment from the investors who did the last placing at 0.50 and are now 10% + down. I still feel the new products by Bi-Health will be out shortly but as ever we are open to delays out of our control. Maybe if one of you to wants to set up a email register/list for people to add there name then you can send to Provexis to show how people feel. I have never had a problem speaking to IF so I am sure he will respond. If no biggy comes out by September/October then we all must make the effort to go to the AGM and let them have it. I certainly asked lots of awkward questions at the last AGM and felt the reply's were positive.
