The starred out part of the address is **********. I will keep looking in until something changes but I'm not convinced yet at there was no mention of the free cash flow that doesn't look too healthy. FCF matters a lot.
ok it won't let me post the link.quite positive and perhaps worth a look if you are interested

£267k (600000 shares) just gone through.ordinry trade.@44.5p.
Still receive the RNS's and just confirms I'm not missing anything.
GLA.
slight improvement in EBITDA as well, but agree will probably drop back a bit and then recover.T/O play now i think.
Seems a pretty stable RNS to me. Debt up by £3 million but better margins should cancel this out. Just have to hope we get bought out. As a few others pointed out it’s like watching paint dry! Prediction is may drop to low 40s then recover back to mid 40s over next month or so. Basically what it’s been doing for the last year!

Entered 2 years back and accumulated 1,00,000 Shares with avg .25. Sold last 12,000 today. I am out now. Got bored due to the volume and price movement. No excitement. GL Holders !!
I moved out but still keep an eye on PHD and when it looks like waking up I might rejoin. In the meantime have have some upside in other places.
cureboy makes an interesting point over on ADVFN. there has been some dialogue there comparing the possible situation with telit with the situation here. it is clear that Dbay are playing very hardball game with telit (whether it will succeed or not I've no idea).here, although they appear to be driving things, we have LO and potts who, if they have the same agenda, could quite probably make it very difficult for a low bid to go through. (unless of course they would be happy with a low figure). no signs yet of boardroom changes.just musing as its all really anybody's guess where this is going.
light on detail as usual, but a small positive.
I decided to sell out but wish good luck to everyone and hope it makes you a tidy amount.
fair point cureboy.you may well be right.i certainly agree dbay are in charge, although LO are still the biggest holder. more comfortable here than in telit, where they have almost 30% and are, i think, playing hardball and probably enlisting other large holders in their plans.at least there is some potential opposition here.
My take on those trades were DBAY selling from one entity and buying with another. The previous day there were quite a few rounded buys of 5/10/15k to push the price up, the sell was immediate when the bid price reached 42.5p. The price jumped to 43.5 and back down to 42.5 in an instant on that first big trade. DBAY are totally in control of the share price movements here. I may be wrong and it was two buys in which case you'd think a TR1 is due. I guess the buy at 43p is still a good sign.
been occupied elsewhere, but just noticed yesterdays late trade of475k shares @43p.£204.470.thats over £400k in two trades. TR1 coming?
470k shares gone through at 42.5p. almost £200k's worth.
but tangentially of interest. Dbay have been given the green light to do further due diligence on Telit this morning, after pulling out a while ago. no direct significance here, but interesting. for transparency,i do have a holding in telit.
There is more competition than I knew about. The mid market beneath the mega size is becoming crowded and that might be helping depress the price.
I think there is a lurking seller and until they are done we will see sales 42p-43p. May take a while if it is a large holder. Some other sales are just small people having had enough when they see other companies increasing in value so dropping their stagnant holdings like PHD.
Falling on little volume tbh. Its PI volume. There's better gains elsewhere in the market - i'm probably going to sell my shares here soon aswell. Board is pretty poor IMO!
This is being smashed today. Big investor lost patience and exiting? No news
I think the seller is still there in the background.
Theres at least 50K for sale at 43p. Selling hasn't gone away but is more fussy about the price. It could go lower.
