Oh dear me GG, I miss read the RNS and got the date wrong so apologies all. Well done GG! At least we are well beyond the 19p level now and it is great to see a bit of a rally today.
As someone else posted, Malcy's blog said it would be 6 weeks before the results of the re-run will be known - so around 4 July?
It is so infuriating when LSE is not functioning and quite frightening to think if this BB went down the pan, where would some of us go to pick up so much informative and accurate knowledge. Thank you all that share this knowledge.
600Thieves, Thats incorrect about GE. On24th May there is an RNS that says they now only hold 1.8M They must have been selling down before the sale to BH, remember there was a period of lots of selling into any rise around the 16p mark which was assumed to be from GE. They now hold 1.8M at 19p tops, so if they sell at this level IOG will get back 1.8M x 10p £180K which is a good discount and now seems like a very decent move. GG
Hi GG, You have got it right. I misread the RNS and thought PY sold on 15 /06 but in fact, it was 14/06. So we have these recent notifications: - 18/05 GE sold 1,813,232 (25% of their holding) 22/05 BH bought 6,294,500 14/06 PY sold 4,246,000 14/06 BH bought another 6,250,000 giving them their 12,544,500 (10.18%) So it looks like GE still hold 5,439,696 of their shares which when sold must surely be over the 19p threshold meaning IOG get the extra. A very smart move on the part of this BoD.
600Thieves Around the same time that the holding RNS for Peter Young was one for Burgrabben increasing its holding up to 10% which was about 5m plus shares in addition to what they currently held at that time. I would say that PY did a deal with Burggraben to sell then 4M +/- shares as the trade was shown as a 4M trade The past couple of days has seen some chunky trades of 125k and a couple of 300k which may or may not be Burggraben increasing their holding, no matter who its is, its very encouraging to see us having big buyers at around 26.5p+ Hopefully that is a new base line, it is certainly looking good for now. All the best GG
Does anyone know what happened to Peter Young's shares that he disposed of last week?
