Good news
Today 07:20
Where have they claimed to have 280,000 customers the maximum I can find is 250,000 fuel accounts prior to the last RNS AND A 71% increase in revenues is definitely going in the right direction.

Where they are now? Probably 30,000 customers less than their peak figure of 280,000 customers and struggling to match the new entrants prices. Despite their boastful RNS and your wishful thinking they appear to be going backwards. New information officer and new chairman and nothing to report? It's all a far cry from the £70 million a company representative was touting when the bogus sale was apparently happening. Another load of b@ll##.

The 71 million loss is not good news but the unrelieved tax loss has a value equal to the Mcap.
The boiler episode is finished as far as new investors are concerned they need to know about it though as you point out there is a trust issue. They have revenues of 141 million annualised so an each fuel account =£540 income.
Each customer must have a value if a take over happened let£s say £50 x 260,000 that£s £13.000,000 greater than the Mcap. Cost more to get them from price comparison sites. Let£s try and look at where they are now not where they have been.

Loss of 71 million, good news? A never ending strategic review of the boiler because the truth would put previous and some current B.O.D members in the dock. Revenues that don't cover operating costs. Yes it's all great Sharebee.

No good news

Just hiding the good news.

A lot happened with the boiler it has been scaled back to no significant cost and limited. I think the last RNS the most accurate this company has ever put out. So anybody looking for positivity what do we have.
Revenues of 141million annualised.
Customer accounts of 260,000 average per account of 540 per account.
Unrealised tax losses of 71,000,000 @ 17% corporation tax 12,007,000 greater than the M-cap.
4 new board members taking half their salaries in shares.
Existing board taking half their salaries in shares.
Directors buying significant amounts of shares 100k.
Cash in the bank 20 million.

Well put Magian. The silence is deafening. If they are reading this and have nothing to say then it dosent look too good. Think they've decided to stop the bullshit so they are now left with, well, nothing but silence. Then again I'm sure the ******** who works for their P.R company will manage to come up with something absolutely fantastical, unfortunately.

Magian Do you think they give a toss about the shareholders? Stiff absolutely shafted the last lot. Oh and just a word of warning to all the smartypants new holders. The last fund-raise before the share dilution raised I think in the region of 27 million. He burnt through that in under or around two years. Hence the last fund-raise that completely fu*ked the older shareholders. The company looks like it was skint. 27 million GONE in such a short time. The man is a walking disaster area. As for this new fella I should imagine he has his hands full over at Carillion. They look like candidates for going tits up soon. Mind you he's good at companies going into administration. Stiff has no chance of enticing new private investors. He's fu*ked far too many along the way

Chief Information Officer......??
Fri 17:59
From the Annual Results RNS in middle September last:-

"Senior management team strengthened with appointment of Chief Information Officer"

It is not clear who this senior person is but he would seem to be a deaf mute because if, and I'm sure he should make it his business to do, he reads the content of this and other bulletin boards, there would surely need to be some 'information' disseminated about what senior management are doing and what progress the company is making with its new strategy. In two months there has been not a word to shareholders and the share price continues to drop to an all time record, diluted low! Shareholders have a right to be informed in a timely manner of the actions of the board and senior management, particularly when such massive percentages of shareholder value have been squandered on loss making and worthless ventures as the MCHP boiler and a meaningless 'battery alternative' business. So where is this scholar and what is he doing to justify his doubtless inflated salary and benefits? Speak up sir, we are agog to hear all this information you are generating in response to massive criticism of our leaders.

RE: year share price drop

Hi a.glen1, hope you are keeping well. Yes what a nightmare of a company and to think i very nearly bought back in around 5p! Again at 1p i was tempted just to try and make some money back, thankfully i didn't. I have said all along that there is something wrong here that we haven't been told about. They couldn't sell the energy side, why not??? This could go down to .5 which would be tempting but what if they have no money left and need to raise more? I JUST DON'T GET IT.
