Withdrawal of requisition for General Meeting
Further to a previous announcement made by the Company on 17 March 2017 regarding a request for a General Meeting from Crown Ocean Capital P1 Limited ("COC"), the Board of Bowleven confirms that it has received notice of the withdrawal of this request and the associated proposed ordinary resolutions from COC.
